On July 6, 2012, Patrol Deputies with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin Darrell Jenkins, age 26, of 91 Beulah Lane in Washington and Heather Arlene Shaw, age 27, also of 91 Beulah Lane in Washington.
