Time HAS told. It has clearly shown ALL of the dire predictions of the climate alarmists to be nonsense. EVERY ONE that has passed the time it was supposed to happen according to the climate alarmist "experts" has NOT happened. Not a one of them and there are already dozens in that category.
The other way time has told is to look backwards at climate. The Earth has ALWAYS gone through alternating warming and cooling cycles and levels of CO2 have never had anything to do with either. This Canada / Greenland thing is just another one of those silly far left talking points you like to parrot. Trump is playing with Trudeau, who is a globalist idiot and likely on his way out as prime minister, and his main goal is border security on our northern border. Greenland is more of a geostrategetic play. Greenland got its name because during the Medieval Warm Period, when it was warmer than today, farmers were growing crops there.

Think about it. The number one reason the money boys like the idea: tons of fossil fuel and money to be made. Second, after all that fuel gets burned, those northern areas of the globe will be the most inhabitable. Humanity will track North (and South).

Being for types of energy that are expensive and unreliable like wind and solar is the same thing as being anti-energy. Merkel's idiot "energy transition" in Germany has given them the highest residential electric rates in the world, three times what we pay in North Carolina, and it has put their whole economy in the toilet with companies closing and moving abroad. The UK's "Net Zero" (or "Net Stupid" as the Reform Party calls it) is in the process of doing the same there.
Here is a good article on how bad the German economy has gotten due to the "green energy" madness: rmx.news The globalists get their panties in a twist over CO2 but that is NOT a pollutant. It is necessary for plant life. Without it, all plants on Earth would die, followed qucikly by all animals. Modern scrubbers remove virtually all of the real pollutants from coal emissions.

Everything depends on energy, and when you raise the cost of that, it makes the cost of everything go up for the consumer. It was Biden's anti-energy policies as much as his big spending that have been responsible for the inflation during his tenure. Attempts to raise the price of energy such as that by New York have to be stopped, or it will cost all of us. Considering the impact on interstate commerce, I cannot see how that move will be allowed to stand.

Corporations do not pay taxes or fines. They simply pass them on to the consumer. What the left is really trying to do is raise the cost of energy to consumers and that badly needs to be stopped. The idea of a surcharge on energy to be paid by New Yorkers is a good one. That way consumers in other states will not be gouged for this far left bit of idiocy. The politicians pushing this crap are who have to be stopped. If New Yorkers have to pay out the wazoo for their energy, they will vote they clowns out of office.

The energy companies, like tobacco, and health insurance companies, know what's headed their way.
Fossil fuel has known for decades but figured there was too much money to be made and too much economic dependence for any meaningful change. It's not them. It's us.

The energy companies do not have to fully cut off supplies to New York in retaliation for this attempt to gouge them. What they need to do is to impose a surcharge on all energy deliveries in the state of New York to pay the cost of what New York is going to charge them. If New Yorkers have to pay 50% more for their energy than the rest of the country that will be their own damn fault for electing such stupid politicians.

Earth is simply in one of its long series of warming and cooling cycles that last multiple centuries. We came out of the last cooling cycle, known as the Maunder Minimum or the Little Ice Age, a particularly cold cycle in the 19th century and are now in a natural warming cycle, that has nothing to do with fossil fuels. The last warming cycle, known as the Medieval Warm Period was warmer than today, and there were no adverse consequences. We know where the coastal cities were in Medieval times and we know that there are no records of any "sea level rise". Further, the granddaddy of all warm periods, the Holocene Maximum when it was much warmer than today for three thousand years corresponded to the golden age of ancient Greek civilization. Again, we know where the coastal cities in Greece were at that time and there is no evidence in ancient Greek writings or elsewhere of any "sea level rise" then either.
Bobbie does not dispute that the BBC's claim of no sea ice at all by 2013 was proven to be false. All of the scare stories from the globalist warmists turn out to be false when they reach the date by which they are supposed to happen.

The increase in seasonal arctic ice is caused by the large increase in fresh water runoff into the sea. The phenomena is happening at both poles as the actual more permanent ice is melting flooding the surrounding sea with fresh water.
The one thing we agree on: there is we can do nothing. The worlds economy is built on fossil fuel. We are locked in. You dont have to keep posting this crap. You win. Sit back and enjoy.
