Amnesty whore Thom Tillis is trying to give amnesty whore James Boasberg a lot of power against the Trump administration and particularly as it relates to illegal immigration. Tillis is as evil as Boasberg and they both need to GO. Tillis will be easier to get rid of. We need to vote him OUT in 2026, hopefully in the primary, but in the general election if necessary.

So when US Attorney Martin starts working to prosecute government corruption, Tillis goes wobbly on him. What part of that investigation of government corruption is Tillis worried about? What has Tillis been up to that might have him doing the perp walk? Inquiring minds want to know. Or is Tillis just trying to protect his crooked Deep State buddies?

Tillis is an embarrassment to NC and a traitor of the worst order in the Senate. We need to bring him home in the primary because he is not electable in a general election. Too many voters have already had a bellyfull of him.

The truth is something you just don't get from the MSM media. They are propagandists instead of journalists. Polls show that a large majority of Americans have figured that out and do not trust the MSM media anymore. They have lied to us for political reasons way too many times. Lately, the MSM trying to whitewash illegal alien criminal gangs is just disgusting.

The MSM follows the mantra of Josef Goebbels that "if you rill a lie often enough, it becomes the truth", The MSM has never cared about the factual truth, only about the establishment narrative and agenda. As the current CEO or NPR put it when she was CEO of Wilipedia, "truth is just a distraction from building a consensus."

There is a major issue with these district court rulings that needs to be dealt with by a higher court and was not dealt with in this ruling. That is the use of nationwide injunctions, something that has historically been fairly rare in our federal courts until the last few months, when there has suddenly been a flurry of them against the Trump administration. Congress can limit those by passing legislation limiting district court jurisdiction, but it would be easier and quicker for the SCOTUS to make a ruling stopping the abuse of these orders.

To indicate what has been the usual practice by federal courts, one has only to look at the most egregious attempted power grab under Biden, the attempt to rewrite by executive fiat through rulemaking of Title IX of the Civil Rights Act to change it from what Congress passed that protects women to Biden language that would protect "gender identity" and "sexual orientation" instead. That is a change that Congress would have to make but Biden tried to grab power by changing it himself.

The Biden attempt to rewrite Title IX was challenged in multiple lawsuits, each by a group of state attorneys general. While each case found Biden's attempt to change Title IX illegal, the resulting orders ONLY applied to the states that had brought the particular lawsuit, NOT nationally. States like North Carolina which were not part of any of the lawsuits, because our ultra-liberal AG Josh Stein agreed with what Biden was trying to do, got no protection and would still be subject to Biden's power grab.

District court judges are behaving in a very different manner with these nationwide injunctions against Trump than they did against Biden or previous presidents. That smacks of a political agenda and that should NOT be happening in our courts. The Supreme Court needs to rein this in.

I would love to see these anti-American dirtbags Obama and Biden appointed as judges arrested for harboring illegal aliens or even treason, but maybe there are some easier ways to get rid our legal system of those like this Florida Obama judge. It would seem to me that abusing office as a judge for political purposes would be an ethics violation. Why can't the state of Florida just revoke her law licenses. Then she could no longer be judges and would have to resign.

Judges like this one are rapidly destroying the trust and credibility of our court system.

Normally employers do not allow employees to wear politically oriented clothing or paraphenalia, especially if they serve the public. Harris-Teeter seems to have allowed this pro-terrorist clothing that was highly offensive to their Jewish customers. Did they also sic the police on this woman? If so, they should be sued to.
