Commented on NYC To Ignore ICE Detainer On Illegal Immigrant Who Allegedly Set Woman On Fire In SubwayThese non patriot fools in New York did incredibly practice lawfare, so ruthlessly, against Candidate Donald Trump as to destroy his candidacy and his family's business, that he then successfully counteracted their evil force of terrible intent against them to inspiringly take back the presidency, and thus begin the process to save America from the likes of these "Democratic" Demons.
Far too many Democratic Socialist lawyers in New York City, who hate America, contritutes mightily to New York being the most corrupt state in this Constitutional Republic.

To restore our Constitutional republic, these despicable radical activist judges need to be removed from office. It would be great to jail them, too, for their attempted judicial coup d'etat, but the key thing is to remove them from office by whatever means is available. CAn't we have something like DOGE to root out bad judges and fire them?

Judge Boasberg is flagrantly disregarding US Surpreme Court predecent on the Alien Enemies Act, which was used during and after World War II to deport nationals of countries we fought in that war. The SCOTUS specifcally ruled that alien enemies were not entitled to normal due process. Does this one district court judge think he can overrule the SCOTUS? The law may have been passed more than two centuries ago but it has been used much more recently, with US Supreme Court approval.
Every time a partisan judge puts his party politics ahead of the law, he is undermining faith in our judicial system.

Sheriff Hammonds is a strong supporter of cooperation with ICE against illegal alien criminals. We need to keep him.

It is President Trump who is defending democracy by ending these government attacks on freedom of speech. It is the Democrats who are the threat to democracy due to their attacks on free speech, both in America and overseas.

State taxpayers are also hit hard for these freeloader illegal aliens, especially in states like New York, California, and Illinois, but even here in North Carolina. So are local taxpayers. Education and health care for these deadbeats costs a lot. The sooner Trump gets them sent home, the better.

Something needs to be done about these highly politicized Obama and Biden judges who abuse their positions for partisan political reasons. Those who want to see them jailed or even swinging from a lamppost are certainly not going to see that happen. Even those in Congress preparing impeachment proceedings against several of the more blatant partisan hacks are not going to get a 2/3rds vote in the Senate, even if richly deserved, again for partisan political reasons.
What can be done? One big reform would be to not allow one district court judge to issue a nationwide injunction or restriaining order. The Supreme Court, or Congress could shut that down, but again getting that past a senate fillbuster would be problemaic due to partisan politics. A rational restraint on district court judges would be to require Supreme Court approval for one district court judge to issue such an order that had effect beyond their own district. Another is to change ethics standards to require recusal of a judge in a politically colored case if the judge has a history as a political party contributor or official. An ethics challenge to a judge on political bias should not be heard by the challenged judge but by a panel of judges such as two registered Republican and two registered Democrat. We badly need to get the politics out of our courts, and sadly, we have too many judges who seem to lack the personal intergrity to do that. The politization of our courts seen in the recent Democrat lawfare against Trump and others has seen public trust in courts as shown in the polls decline dramatically.

NC needs a law like Texas and Florida to charge illegal aliens with trespassing simply for being in our state when they are in the country illegally.

Freedom of speech is a fundamental Constitutional right under the First Amendment, also known as a civil right. There is a federal felony statute for conspiring against someone's civil rights. It would seem to me that everyone, in and out of government who is involved in this network conspiring against people's freedom of speech ought to be indicted under that statute and arrested. Someone should suggest that to Pam Bondi.

I agree that Hammonds has been a good sheriff, and Coleman wasn't. We do not need a rerun of the Coleman era. I know some of the Coleman crowd have sour grapes over his loss, but that should not be the basis for another primary.
As an individual, a person has an absolute right to support anyone they want to. However when one is entrusted with a position of leadership in a party organization, if they want to go against that party in a race, they have an ethical obligation to resign from that party post. It is the lack of ethics by Cox in continuing in that position under those circumstances that is very troubling. Our sheriff should be of the highest ethical standards and Cox does not reflect that.

Cox is not the most qualified candidate for Sheriff. In addition to his questionable ethics concerning party disloyalty, he abused his authority while serving as a member of the Beaufort County Sheriff Department when he was employed there. It is easy to see that he is only seeking office for personal gain or other personal reasons. He is not a person of the high moral fiber or character that we expect, not only of our elected officials, but also of the law enforcement officers we count on to keep us safe. That is NOT the type of leadership we need in law enforcement in our county! I would not recommend or endorse him for Sheriff.

South Carolina mandated use of E-Verify for all employers in the state more than a decade ago. Other states such as Florida have also done this. All federal contractors are required to use E-Verify. This system, although imperfect, does a good job in helping employers curb the number of illegals being employed in their respective states and nationwide.

Hello Gary,
The last I heard from you, you had a made a formal request to the City of Washington for Housing Authority public records. What became of that? Did you get the records? If not, why? Persistence is required when something is important. Inquiring minds need to know. Thank you.

As an Independent, I personally do not care if you are a Democrat or Republican or who you support, Scott Hammonds has been a great sheriff and I will continue to support him! #TEAMHAMMONDS
Also, as Bubba said: "Ernie Coleman was one of the worst sheriffs", if not, the worst in my lifetime that is!

There is a very good reason why someone supporting a Democrat should not be sitting in a Republican Executive Committee meeting. He would have access to senstive informatoin to pass on to the Democrat.Anyone with personal integriy would immediate resign from such an obvious conflict of interest whether the rules allowed it or not. Our sheriff should be someone of unquationable personal integrity and someone who willingly engaged in this conflict of interest just does not qualify. The fact that he did not immediately resign on his own when he started to support the Democrat, but waited to be confronted after that was discovered speaks volumes.

This is a prime example of the utter hypocrisy of the climate alarmists. Trees take in CO2 and give off Oxygen. It is part of a pattern however. Sections of the Amazon, called the "lungs of the planet" are being clearcut by the Climate Industrial Complex for balsa wood for wind turbine blades. In Europe, ancient forests are being clear cut to put up wind turbines and solar farms. Climate alarmists are fake environmentalists.

Now, less than a year after California let illegal aliens into the Medi-Cal state health plan, that plan comes up $3.4 Billion short to finish out the year. Giving free health care to illegal aliens is a real dumb idea and very costly to taxpayers.

Commented on A Question of EthicsIt's Beaufort County's version of All in the Family. Theres the matrimonial relations between the two boards, and there are also the situations where there are school and commission board members with their offspring employed by the Beaufort County School system. Aw, I bet there is never any conflict of interest there.
