Commented on Elected Officials – Persons of InterestFirebrand: I do understand you loud and clear: RINOs despise real Republicans ... at least they do here in Beaufort County, especially with a current sympathetic Beaufort County GOP that completely disregards the GOP Party Platform.

Commented on Elected Officials – Persons of InterestThe only twisting and winding the truth and disloyalty come from the PAC. David Hudson ran as an Unaffiliated Candidate. He obviously did not follow procedures to run as the Republican candidate in the primary. So who didn’t “Vet” their candidate? He couldn’t even spell School correctly.

What a triumph for the American taxpayer. THe House passed a common sense CR this afternoon, not that bloated monstrosity with all that Democrat pork.

Making excuses for the October 7 holocaust carried out by Hamas is indeed antisemitic, Bobbie. There is NO excuse for the Hamas mass murder, rape, and torture of civilians by any civilized person.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised about anything in Beaufort County politics. I've been hearing for quite a while that the Beaufort County School Board Attorney was also the Chairman of the Durham County Democrat Party. Even though I thought it very odd that our attorney lived in Durham County and worked in Wake County, I figured the rest must be an exaggeration. I'll NEVER doubt again. I checked today. Sure enough, there Chairman Rawson is - smiling face and name on the Durham County Democrat Party site.
I'm wondering. How does a majority Republican Beaufort County Board hire a triad Democrat activist lawyer? Did they do ANY research beyond the superintendent's recommendation? ![]()

Commented on Elected Officials – Persons of InterestThat "unaffiliated candidate," as per my conversations with David Hudson, was a mistake by our board of elections, or the process of registration; regardless, if he could have run in the Republican Primary, then we might NOW have a real Republican school board.
I am currently working with Dave Hudson on a number of projects, and I can vouch for what I know about Mr. Hudson, not least of which is his real Republican qualities, which are superb; and, of course, I would know of such after all the RINOs I have had the bold displeasure to deal with here in Beaufort County government.

Obama did mass retirements of more traditional "warfighter" generals and admirals and replaced them with people who viewed things like "social justice" and "climate change" as more relevant for our military. These retired generals and admirals are likely the ones backing Hegseth, who like them sees the military's mission as being competent warfighters. Trump got burned by some more "woke" Obama generals in his first term and he is wisely staying away from them.

Has anyone noticed how President Trump, America's current de facto president, is staying away from generals in his administration unless they are the ones that have appeared on FOX News for some time, and therefore vetted by the fire of valued expression?
Pete will be an essential member of this budding Golden Age of American Patriotism. Pete can talk, think, and he will be loyal to the President, and to our Constitutional Republic.

Commented on Elected Officials – Persons of InterestI looked up the voter registration of those Belhaven school board candidates on the Board of Elections website, and both were registered Republican. I understand one was officially the Republican candidate and the other wasn't, but both were actual Republicans. Of course, the other difference was that the official candidate is totally under the thumb of the liberal school superintendant, and the other candidate wasn't.

We currently have 18.5 million native born American men of working age, 18-64, not in the labor force, and all of the net new jobs in the last quarter going to migrants. Anyone who thinks that indicates a strong economy is just loony tunes.

Government debt when it gets too extreme will often lead to economic disaster, as it did in Germany in 1923 when it took a wheelbarrow full of paper money to buy a loaf of bread. It almost happened to the UK a century earlier and if the Rothschilds had not bailed out the Bank of England, it would have. In more recent times there have been examples like Zimbabwe and Venezuela, even though both are very rich in natural resources, but leftwingers mishandled their economies with way too much debt.
A counter example is the economic miracle we are seeing in Argentina with the election last year of a Libertarian president, Milei. Milei campaigned with a chainsaw, revving it up to illustrate what he was going to do to government bureaucracy. The first thing he did was to eliminate about half of all national government departments and he has continued to take his chainsaw to government bureaucracy and programs and indicated Argentina will be leaving the Paris Climate Accords. Now the economy is booming, inflation that had been rampant in the country is now nonexistant, the budget is balanced, and he has just given all Argentines a big tax cut. President Milei of Argentina should be the model for Trump and for DOGE.

Commented on Elected Officials – Persons of InterestThe sample ballots are one thing. The actions of BC GOP officers/staff at HQs and other public places are another thing. People that twist and wind the truth cannot be trusted. Disloyalty is still disloyalty. There are no passes for, fill in the blank, derangement syndrome or other forms of personal pettiness and outright hatred. People without the character and discipline to function within the constraints of party duties should not be allowed to operate without very strong supervision.

Don’t be fooled. These people cry about the debt because they want to slash rich people’s taxes and cut programs important to you.
Look at your retirement accounts and investments. They are strong as of today. 2 years, you will lose 20%

Commented on Elected Officials – Persons of InterestWasn’t one of your candidates an unaffiliated candidate and the other wasn’t registered to vote until she signed up to run. Anytime I went to the headquarters all Republicans were on the sample ballot unlike your PAC ballot.
