Will the margin temper the rumblings of leftwing groups that having been openly mulling an insurrection? Even major Democrat consultant James Carville a few weeks ago when the handwriting was on the wall called for an armed insurrection to stop Trump from actually becoming president. Hopefully, we will not see that type of ruckus from them.

It is also to be hoped that the plan publicized by powerful Democrat congressman Jamie Raskin to have Congress declare Trump ineligible to receive Electoral College votes due to J6 will be shelved. If Republicans keep the House, they would not be able to get to first base with it anyway.

Beaufort County conservatives have made some gains. It's no surprise that Richardson has been re-elected again. Now, conservative Tandy Dunn is on the county commission, too.

Of the three conservatives in the school board general election races, one of them beat a long-term board member. I'll take that as a victory, but the two that did not make it this time had a lot to offer. I hope to see them in the future.

Counting CAN be cheating or it can be honest, depending on how it is done. If one party is counting the votes and kicks out the poll watchers of the other party, that strongly suggests that the counting is NOT honest. That happened, all about the same time, in multiple big urban counties in swing states in 2020. This time, the Repubicans are supposed to be geared up to stop those things.
