The question you should be asking is how does a kid like this get an AR-15? I understand it's legal but as we learn about him, we need to make a choice. Do we allow this or not? If so, nobody is safe.

The shooter was a BIDEN DONOR. There is no question whose side he was on, He was also a donor to the Progressive Turnout Project in 2022, so he a a far leftist, too.

Thank you for pointing out a recent example of demonization of conservatives, Bob. Plans for new administrations to hit the ground running to implement their policies are something that is done for every new administration, state or federal, Republican or Democrat. For Team Biden to present the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025 as anything unusual or sinister is just complete malarky. This planning is always done by the official campaign and usually by one or more sympathetic think tanks or policy groups as well. The Heritage Foundation is a well respected and long established conservative policy organization staffed by Reagan-style Republicans. They are not always on the exact same wavelength as Trump, who is more of a populist, but they are usually close.

I am personally aware of how these things work in a transition between administrations of different parties, having been through one at the state level between Republican Governor Jim Martin who I worked for as a political appointee and that of Democrat Jim Hunt. I saw both sides of it because, while the Hunt people originally told us that the top 6 political appointees (out of about 100 political appointees in an 18,000 employee department), of which I was one as the deparment's General Counsel had our last day on Governor Martin's last day in office, that changed because 1) Hunt did not have a replacement selected for my position, and 2) there were four very serious issues hanging where the two administrations were in agreement, but could not be left unattended. So for two months, until my replacement was selected and came on board, they kept me on as a consultant to ride herd on those issues.

Prior to the end of the Martin administration, we saw a lot of the official Hunt transition people asking questions and taking stock of things to make their plans to implement their policies. After Hunt took over, however, even in my limited capacity in the department, I became aware that there were also at least two plans from outside liberal groups that the Hunt people were also weighing and sometimes they disagreed with the original internal planning, so some changes got made. Both of the outside plans addressed one of the issues I was riding herd on differently than their internal plan and there was some uncertainly for a couple of weeks as to which way they would end up going. Ultimately they stuck with their own internal plan on that item.

In short, plans for new administrations like Project 2025 are not at all unusual in government. What is unusual is somebody trying to demonize them for political purposes. But that seems par for the course with the Biden Democrats.

Bobbie's tunnel vision is on display again. If he had read the post, he would have known that the DEI issue involved was filling a quota for women leading to unqualified Secret Service officers, and had NOTHING to do with blacks. Bobbie is deflecting by trying to change the discussion to blacks. The issue also had to do with the Secret Service, not the shooter. Is Bobbie smoking something other than a tobacco product?

The problem with DEI is that when you hire people based on quotas instead fo qualifications, you often get people who are not qualified to do the job.

Trump rallies have hardly been "all white". There are lots of interviews out there of blacks and Hispanics at Trump rallies.

The last line shows Bobbie is still following the talking points of demonizing their opposition. Northing seems to have changed.

Something smells about this whole situation. Congress needs to invesstigate the Secret Service and the FBI and probably Mayorkas. And RFK, Jr. needs to be given protection.

my advice, we need two tone it down. We live in a country where its is acceptable to carry guns at all times. just about anyone and everyone. We choose this. It is our birthright. The result? People are going to get shot. Lots of people. That's just reality.

Itt could happen to JB, DT or any of us. We choose to live this way.
That said, I'm very sorry it happened. I dont like dt, I still dont like DT. I am happy to beat him at the ballot box. Not happy about him being shot.

When an illegal alien uses or threatens actual or potential deadly force, border guards should be allowed to shoot them in self defense. It is insane that Polish soldiers are not allowed to do so and one has died so far as a result. The new globalist government in Poland shamefully is not letting its soldiers on the border defend themselves.

Even though Secret Service protection was so bad it almost looks like it was deliberate, the fact that DEI is in the mix means I would have to go with gross incompetence. I hope Trump hires some retired Secret Service agents back from when he was president, to serve as private security and keep an eye on the current Secret Service. Inspector Cleauseau, the "Pink Panther" would seem to fit right in with the DEI Secret Service.

I wonder if we will ever see any manifesto or other documents of the shooter or if the FBI will cover them up? The FBI is so politicized that it will depend on whether or not such documents are harmful to Biden.

The FBI and their allies are still covering up the manifesto of the "transgender" shooter in that Tennessee school shooting, which has been years. The excuses given have been absurd. The FBI is trying, on behalf of Biden, to protect the "transgender" ideology. That coverup is purely political. When part of those documents were leaked to the "Tennessee Star" and they published them, the editor was cited into court for contempt even though there was no existing court order the editor violated. That was a sinister attempt to misuse the courts to enforce the coverup.

The violent rhetoric against Trump and the demonization came from the left and the Biden Democrats and their media cheering section. Oh, and their little lemmings like Bolshevik Bob, their troll on this site, have followed along with that demonization. Biden himself has engaged in it, as well as Pelosi, and their Hollywood friends have been even worse. Biden's campaign even made a social media post about Trump being a "dictator" minutes before the assassintation attampt.

Earlerr, this same cast of characters demonized the Supreme Court, and a leftie was caught with info on a Justice's residence and a gun a short distance away after having traelled across the country to go after him. Demmonization has condequences.
