Trump is on trial for allegedly falsifying business records to hide the reimbursement of a hush money payment his then-attorney Michael Cohen made to Daniels in order to boost his electoral prospects in the 2016 presidential election.

The day before delaying arms to Israel, Biden okayed arms shipments to Lebanon and Qatar. Lebanon is for all practical purposes controlled by Hezbollah terrorists, and Qatar is the regime which shelters Hamas' political leadership. These are just the latest pro-terrorist moves by the pro-terrorist Biden regime.

I heard on the radio today, that the Hamas terrorist group still has 14,000 terrorist fighters in Rafah, as well as their surviving leadership. Leaving them in place just makes new terrorism certain. They very simply have to be dealt with, and Biden trying to protect them almost makes Biden an accessory after the fact to the Oct. 7 terrorism.
Isreal is letting the civilians out, but Hamas wants to use them as human shields. That should not be tolerated but it should not stop the campaign to eradicate Hamas. We could not let some of the Nazi leadership slip off to some part of Germany and stay intact in WWII, and for the same reason, Israel cannot do that now. In WWII, we and our allies deliberately bombed civilian areas in Germany. Israel has done all it can to avoid doing that. Without those precision weapons, the necessary Israeli campaign to wipe out Hamas will be more costly both in Israeli soldiers and in Gaza civilians. That blood will be on Biden's hands, and it is all for his stinking politics over the Muslim vote in Michigan. He will not prevent the removal of Hamas from Rafah, he will just make it more bloody.

The biased dishonest political judges are as bad as the corrupt prosecutors, so hopefull they can get indicted, too. Take Juan Marchan in the Manhattan case, who is personally a Biden political contributor and has a daughter who works as a Democrat political consultant with Biden's running mate Kamala Harris as a client and who has actually fundraised off of this very case. Juan Marchan is a walking conflict of interest and should never have been allowed to preside over this case. His rulings are blatantly one-sided, putting a gag order on President Trump while allowing Bragg's witnesses to go on media tours. That is clearly a politically motivated ruling. Then he has allowed Bragg to put in irrelevent and prejudicial evidence while blocking relevant witnesses from Trump. This is a kangaroo court and this crooked judge needs some consequences for it.
Maybe some other state Attorney Generals will jump in with similar investigations and we can get these thugs prosecutors in multiple states for election interference. LOCK THEM UP!

Somebody who went through this nightmare resulting from malicious complaints from a neighbor who was feuding with them, commented to me that is was far more scary to have the DSS gestapo at the door than even having the IRS goons at your door.
This Jones case does not make sense and clearly shows government overrach. If children were being beaten or otherwise abused, it would make sense to get them out of the home temporarily so a quick hearing could be held to look into the facts. But nothing even close to that happened in this case. Two children had very good school attendance, so why were they taken out of the home at all? Since the problem, which was not that bad in itself, only applied to one child, why were not some approriate questions asked then before taking this drastic action which I am sure would be as stressful on the children as physical abuse, but here was inflicted by DSS on these children. Our DSS and our school system BOTH have some 'splainin' to do.

If you did primary research on this bill by looking it up on an official Congressional record site and then read the bill and looked at the votes on the bill, everything in the post and the linked article is absolutely true. But I am sure Little Bobbie, instead went to one of those left wing spin sites that call themselves "fact checkers", many of them funded by far left totalitarian money man George Soros. Looking at the bill and the account of it, seeing the straw man those hack sites would set up just to knock down was obvious. I did not look at those spin sites, but the obvious straw man was to say the claim was that this bill would give illegal aliens the vote. That is never claimed in the article, but by spinning it that way, they can then say it does not. What the bill actually seeks to do is limit "representation" to American citizens. Representation is apportioned after every census based on population. The Democrats want that to include illegal aliens, because that would give them more seats in areas favorable to them, while Republicans follow the more Constitutional interpretation that representation should be based on number of citizens. By shifting the number of congressmen among states, that also shifts the votes of states within the electoral college. What this bill involved was whether to count illegal aliens for Congressional representation in the next census. Every Democrat on the floor voted for that and every Republican on the floor voted to limit it to actual citizens. ONce you drill down on the details, it is easy to see the fraudulent spin that lefties like these bogus "fact checkers" can make. And it is easy to understand that the article cited is absolutely correct.

Actually, when I think of the term "lynching" these days, the first thing I think of is the one that is going on right now by Biden political operatives against President Trump. Why? Because it is happening right now before our very eyes. I do hope the Missouri AG is able to jail the Democrat hacks involved.
If one type of lynching in the distant past is all you can think about when you hear the term "lynching" you might be a race-baiter.

For someone as obsessed with race as Bigot Bob, that is the only type of lynching he ever seems to think of. For regular people in society, however, it is a matter of what we have been exposed to. Most of us have grown up after the period of racial lynchings were over so there were no current accounts to learn from. Washingtonian's perspective makes perfect sense. TV and movies rarely showed racial lynchings but they showed cowboys doing it all the time.
There is only one time in my own life I have read a current account of a lynching that had just happened, and all of those involved in that one were of the same race. I was on vacation in Jamaica in the late 1980s and I like to read local newespaper when I am visiting another place. One day in reading a local paper in Montego Bay, there was an article about a lynching in a rural town on that end of the island. A homosexual had been arrested for molesting a young boy and was locked up in the police station with only a handful of police guarding him. A very large crowd showed up and demanded that the homosexual be turned over to them. Rather than risk being overrun, the police did so. The crowd then debated whether to give him a very severe whipping and castration and then return him to the police or to hang him. They decided to hang him and did so. The article mentioned nothing about any police investigation of the lynch mob. The fact that the article was so matter-of-fact, with no moral outrage made me wonder if extrajudicial punishments still happened regularly in that country. ANy lynching is bad, whether racially motivated or motivated for some other reason. People should get their day in court whatever they have done and it should be a fair court. A kangaroo court like the one Trump is facing in Manhattan is little different from that mob in Jamaica.

It sounds like Ms. Jones is having her rights trampled by DSS. Why did they not provide paperwork when they took the children? Why has there apparently not been a court hearing set? Why did the schools and DSS take this drastic action without apparently much investigation? Why did they take the two children who were not truant? Somebody needs to investigate Beaufort County DSS, and it sounds like they will throw up "confidentiality" to keep the commissioners from doing so. Can Ms. Jones, as the aggrieved party waive confidentiality? I wonder if state DSS could be called in? But then one social worker is probably going to whitewash things for another social worker. However it is done, it appears Beaufort County DSS needs a very thorough investigation as they pose a clear and present danger to the liberty of our citizens as long as they are allowed to run amok like this.
This is way too much power for DSS to have over our families, and there needs to be some neutral group which can investigate tham when they get out of hand like this. The sanctity of our familites is a cornerstone of American liberty.

What this woman needs is an attorney rather than talking to commisioners, the Social Services board or the school board.
That said, to give an idea of the sort of things I have seen with DSS Child Protective Services, the circumstances of the first such case I handled back in the late 1970a is a good example. The parents were relious folk and fairly strict with their two daughters. The older daughter started to rebel a little and her parents made the mistake of seeking counseling through DSS. The first counsellor was actually helpful and made some progress working through the issues, however she went out on maternity leave and her replacement started filling the child's head with things like her parents being backward and things shouldn't be done the way they wanted any more, and such. The result was the child ran away from home. DSS then took both daughters away from the family and put them in a foster home. The older daughter was put on birth control. While in DSS care, the older daughter was seen on several occaisions at Whichards Beach so drunk she could barely walk. In spite of the birth control, the older daughter got pregnant under DSS care. That is the point when their church hired me to get into the case. I filed a motion for a new hearing in court and DSS folded and gave the kids back, but meanwhile they had done a lot of damage to this family and to the two young girls. I have seen too many more cases like it where the children were placed in a worse position because of DSS involvment. I found DSS workers to be a mixed bag, some pretty straightforward and some busybodies.

The first thing I think about when I hear the word lynching, is
cowboys. Westerns were a big thing on TV when I was young. They were always lynching a white cowboy on those shows."Let's lynch him." "String him up." The heroes were Roy Rogers, Hop along Cassidy, the Lone Ranger, Gene Audrey. ANd... as I recall, those doing the lynchings were always judged harshly, and as bad ignorant people. Usually a Sheriff would shame the Town's people for even thinking about it. We are all a result of the bubble we live in. The only thing an honest person can do about that is try to see issues from other people's viewpoints. That is the way to avoid learning to hate. For example, I'm just glad I didnt live among those people that executed farm animals because they had been raped by a boy.
