The backgrounds of some of the judges who have failed to recuse themselves from some of these cases really should raise peoples eyebrows. One of the ethics standards in law is to "avoid even the appearance of impropriety". There has been a lot of well targeted comment about the judges in the New York cases, but the judge in the Georgia case was a political contributor to Fani Willis' political campaign, as was the judges wife. While that might be a borderline conflict of interest on his hearing the overall case, I was appalled that he heard the motion to remove her from the case, where it was a much more blatant conflict of interes. Of course, he ruled in her favor on that one. Willis is currently facing a primary challenge, and it weems to me a judge from outside the district should have been called in to hear that motion, not have it go it front of one of her campaign contributors wearing a black robe.

Inviting these rabid Jew-hating Gazans to come to America would be like inviting die hard Nazis at the end of World War II to come to the US. In both cases, their countries were flattened due to the war crimes of their own governments.
I am appalled at Congressman Murphy and Senator Tillis for voting to fund this abomination. I will NEVER vote for either of them again. That Libertarian challenger to Wrongway Murphy is looking better and better. Murphy and Tillis are nothing but Undocumented Democrats.

Muslim jihadi terrorist groups have boasted about using the "refguee" stream to send their fighters into Europe. Biden opening the door to radicalized Gazans will give Hamas and Herzbollah the opportunity to do that here. Who in their right mind thinks they won't? Biden seeks to exchange the safety and security of Americans for a few Muslim votes for his reelection.

Commented on West Point Begins Removing Confederate Monuments From Campus; Robert E. Lee Portrait And Bust Cleared OutPresident Dwight Eisenhower proudly displayed a portrait of General Robert E. Lee in the Oval Office at the White House his entire presidency. In his own words, here is why Eisenhower so respected General Lee:
"General Robert E. Lee was, in my estimation, one of the supremely gifted men produced by our Nation. He believed unswervingly in the Constitutional validity of his cause which until 1865 was still an arguable question in America; he was a poised and inspiring leader, true to the high trust reposed in him by millions of his fellow citizens; he was thoughtful yet demanding of his officers and men, forbearing with captured enemies but ingenious, unrelenting and personally courageous in battle, and never disheartened by a reverse or obstacle. Through all his many trials, he remained selfless almost to a fault and unfailing in his faith in God. Taken altogether, he was noble as a leader and as a man, and unsullied as I read the pages of our history. From deep conviction, I simply say this: a nation of men of Lee’s calibre would be unconquerable in spirit and soul. Indeed, to the degree that present-day American youth will strive to emulate his rare qualities, including his devotion to this land as revealed in his painstaking efforts to help heal the Nation’s wounds once the bitter struggle was over, we, in our own time of danger in a divided world, will be strengthened and our love of freedom sustained. Such are the reasons that I proudly display the picture of this great American on my office wall."

Racial preference hires at FAA started with Obama in 2013 and did not have the negative impact that the preferences introduced by Biden have had on air traffic controllers. The 8 new target DEI disabilities that the Biden regime targets for hiring air traffic controllers are ALL related to physical or mental disabilities. They are:
Hearing (total deafness in both ears) Vision (Blind) Missing Extremities Partial Paralysis Complete Paralysis, Epilepsy Severe intellectual disability Psychiatric disability Dwarfism Maybe a dwarf would be okay in one of these positions, but all of the others have drawbacks on being able to function. In particular, who would want someone with severe intellectual disability or psychiatric disability directing flights they or their loved ones are flying on? Little Bobbie claims this issue is all about race, but in fact none of these questionable catagories involve race in any way. The near misses and the concern from the travelling public did not come with the racial preferences in 2013 but with the disability DEI preferences in 2021. redstate.com

"Bob" - I'm under no illusion that it makes any sense to attempt to debate someone living in a world of delusional thinking. You are a demonstrable chronic liar. Also, putting false dialog in someone else's mouth is disrespectful and just another way of telling an untruth. That is indicative of character, in your case lack of.
I will stick around to point out your more egregious falsehoods whenever I have time. It's just so easy. ![]()

Commented on West Point Begins Removing Confederate Monuments From Campus; Robert E. Instead of true history, Bobbie, you follow the talking points of the far left narrative. That is not being an individual at all. It is being a lemming.

I do not remember ever seeing Newsmax or Fakebook cited or linked on the BO, and I could probably count the tiny number of times I have seen Fox cited on one hand.
Bobbie's positions, on the other hand, could be easily found at Think Progress, the left's Talking Points Memo, or even the Daily Worker. He is way off the left side of the spectrum.

Commented on Polls: majority of Americans do not think Trump will get a fair trial in Manhattan UPDATETrump's a heck of a lot smarter than lame-brain Biden who much of the time does not seem to know where he is or what day it is. He is also a heck of a lot smarter that woke troll Little Bobbie.
The American people are also a heck of a lot smarter than the Democrats gave them credit for in comprehending what the Democrats are up to with their made up, trumped up charges. Man, does that term "trumped up charge" fit these Democrat political bushwhackings.

Commented on West Point Begins Removing Confederate Monuments From Campus; Robert E. Lee Portrait And Bust Cleared OutThere Little Bobbie goes again with his Common Core math. Before, he claimed Jim Crow lasted 120 years, and now he is down at least to 100, but the correct factual answer is about 60 years. Jim Crow laws came in around the turn of the century across the south. North Carolina adopted its first one in the 1899 legislative session but most of them were in the 1901 session.
Those laws were motivated by the Democrats trying to regain control in some states or maintain control in others as white small farmers abandoned the Democrats in the mid 1890s over a feeling that the Democrats were the party of the wealthy special interests (hmmm, a lot like today) and abandoned it for the new Populist Party. The Populists then ran a fusion campaign with the Republicans. The Democrats responded with a white supremacy strategy to divid those white small farmers from the Republicans, and keyed in on the fact that most blacks of that era voted Republican. The Democrats did not wake up one morning and decide they hated blacks. Instead, it was a matter of political strategy to recapture the white small farmer vote from the Populists who were allied to the Republicans. I do not condone what the Democrats did. My own party, the Republicans voted against all those Jim Crow laws when the Democrats put them through the legislature and I would have joined them if I were living in those times. But I do recognize that rather than being inherently racist, the Democrats of that period decided that pushing racism and white supremacy was a winning political strategy for them to recapture the white farmer vote they had lost to the Populists. There cynical use of the race card in those times for political purposes is as evil as the way the Democrats do it now with DEI. The looting, arson, rape, and murder of white and black Southern civilians by Sherman, Sheridan, and Stoneman, not only violated the Geneva Convention of 1863 but also violated the Common Law of War as those officers and others had been taught at West Point. Sherman's idea of "total war" was not much different from the Serbs in Bosnia. What Sherman did was a war crime by today's standards and also by the standards of his own period. FIghting for southern indepdence was NOT a sin, but vicious attacks on our history IS totalitarian.

Commented on West Point Begins Removing Confederate Monuments From Campus; Robert E. Lee Portrait And Bust Cleared OutI imagine they would suck it up and do better buy our fellow Americans. We all sin. The trick is ask forgiveness and sin no more. Easy to say, tough to do.
(BTW I'm sure blacks are lining up to defend your post.) Anywho, Union war criminals? Hmmm. I'll admit they did put a hurt on ya, but hey, it's not like it was unprovoked. I agree that war is best avoided because people do awful stuff, they wouldn't normally do. In that respect, I'm sorry for your loss. The real crime was reconstruction. By killing Abe, hardcore confederates derailed reconstruction and the nation fell into 100 years of Jim Crow before the country began to unite in the 1950s 60s.

More like an alternative point of view. One you wont get on FOX, Newsmax or space book. I'm sure you think a lot of what I post is BS, but that's because of how entrenched society has become and generally speaking people only want to hear from those that agree with them.
News is no longer news. Network news is about building a brand at the expense of the truth to make money. The truth is complexly marginalized. Van Zant, you can cling to the notion that some blacks were "free" pre civil war, but but that hardly absolves us from the crimes against humanity perpetuated during that era. By extension, Jim Crow for some, is still the name of the game. We can't change the past, but if you cant even admit what happened, then you are good with a repeat. That's not OK.
