Supreme Court ruled on this June of 2022 even CNN and NBC carried ran articles on it.
In his opinion, Thomas said that going forward the government “may not simply posit that the regulation promotes and important interest,” instead he said the judges must look to text and history when deciding whether a law passes muster.

“Only if a firearm regulation is consistent with this Nation’s historical tradition may a court conclude that the individual’s conduct falls outside the Second Amendment’s unqualified command,” Thomas said. “We too agree, and now hold, consistent with Heller and McDonald, that the Second and Fourteenth Amendments protect an individual’s right to carry a hand- gun for self-defense outside the home.”

Tucker Carlson is going to interview a man who says he did the dirty with Obama in real life, not in the imagination, and has passed a polygraph on his claims.

Hooray for Sweden! American naturalization rules are supposed to stop those who enter illegally from becoming citizens, and they should be enforced, but Biden's minions are likely looking the other way. Sweden, like all of Europe, also rejects the concept of citizenship by mere birth in the country. Citizenship by birth there is only given to births from Swedish citizen parents. That is the way it should be here as well.

What is going on with the school board is that we have six members who are rubberstamps for a liberal superintendant. We need to get at least two more who are attuned to parents and taxpayers in the next election. We need board members who understand that the superintendant is the employee, NOT the boss.

As usual, I would expect a Marxist troll like Little Bobbie not to like anything that respects America's heritage like the Hillsdale curriculum. He is more into Maoist and woke cancel culture.

But first it is critical to carefully convey a point worth making.

"Use as few words as possible to make your point".
Sage advice indeed Stanman

Just for the record, I'm one member of the Beaufort County School Board. I represent all of Beaufort County, and I'm elected from the 2nd District, which includes Aurora Precinct, Edward Precinct, Blounts Creek Precinct, a lot of Gilead Precinct, and part of Chocowinity Precinct. I am one member of a nine-member school board and do not speak for the entire board unless we come together as one to make a full board decision. I'm sure most people know that already.

Congratulations to Mr. Leary on this article. He has kept up with all of this better than anyone I know. Good thing for dictionaries, too. I found the word internecine - that's an effective word.

Still, I realize how difficult it is for the general public to understand my issue in the September 5th meeting to rescind the gag motion without first seeing the April 20th meeting where the gag motion originated.

Also, Mr. Leary has been taping all the board meetings. The gag motion issue is a great example demonstrating how important it is to tape the meetings. I use these tapes all the time to keep things straight in what would be very confusing otherwise. This by itself is a very valuable and much appreciated aid. I've been using this resource plenty concerning the 20 April meeting. Thanks for providing that resource.

Thanks also for people in the community who have expressed their concerns and lent their support to me individually and for our schools as a whole.

Thank-you Country Girl. I am blessed to have been led unto the light as a child just as I assume you were as well.

Sometimes, I believe Jesus would rather usher us into a frame of mind to see the World through the clear eyes of a child.

I can think of nothing more innocent than an unborn child.
Proverbs 6:16-19
16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Lt. Governor Mark Robinson keeping his mouth shut on casinos while other candidates for governor were actively opposing them is the latest disappointment from Mark. When he wants to assert himself on something, the Lt. Gov. has quite an ability to make himself heard, but on too many issues important to conservatives he has been missing in action. This is the latest, and follows his failure to engage on Obamacare Medicaid expansion, and on the Green New Deal. I am aware he was briefed in detail on the latter by conservative experts on the subject but still chose not to get involved. As presiding officer of the Senate, he could be a strong voice for conservative causes but for some reason on a great many of them has chosen to stay silent.

I was a big fan of Robinson when he ran for Lt. Governor but the luster has worn off. I am now looking at State Treasurer Dale Folwell, a conservative who actually engages, and usually engages succesfully on key issues, as the best of the field for governor.

One other huge blunder that has concerned me about Mark Robinson is his lack of political savvy. Two years ago, we had a conservative former legislator gearing up to take on establishment liberal Sen. Jim Perry in the primary. Out of the blue, Mark Robinson endorsed Perry, which the team working on the primary decided made it a lot more difficult to expose Perry's liberal record, and the effort was shelved. If Robinson made that bad endorsement without checking the lay of the land in the district, it was a reckless and stupid move. If he knew that there was a conservative effort afoot to challenge Perry, and chose to stand with the more liberal candidate, that would also be concerning. Either way, it opened the eyes to a number of conservatives in the area that maybe Robinson was not ready for prime time.

The co-founder of The Weather Channel John Coleman put together a great information video on climate change history. It's definitely an eye opener and I would think a man who spent his life in researching the weather for over 61 years would know a little something about the weather!

Well Big Bob, get use to it. The government will always be involved in all situations when living things die, especially the ones that bleed.

Oh, and as a man of conviction first, I will never learn the 2022 lesson you speak of.

Big Bob is no fan of abortion but he does not think the government should be involved. Most republicans learned a lesson in 2022.
