Comments for 2001: Mississippi State Flag

In 2001, the voters in Mississippi decided the keep the stars and bars on their flag.

I use the Trilogy version which was arranged by Mickey Newberry and later stolen by Elvis. Elvis did a good job, but Mickey put more heart into it. Mickey Newbury is a songwriter most famous for a song he arranged, but did not write. One night in Los Angeles, at a time of national distress over war and race issues in the U.S.A he arranged the three songs that covered the full breadth of the race issues then and now.

I stand by my heritage as a Rebel-rouser. Rebel-rouser was one of the first songs I learned on the Guitar, right after Honky Tonk which is still my all time favorite.

Can you be just a little bit pregnant? As in 3/5ths or 60%.

Tmc: I am trying my best to pump up this argument and increase your views. I may have to resort to arguing with myself, which I am pretty good at.

Oh how I miss the good old days of shin kicking in the comment section. Now I have to resort to playing the Liberal role to start an argument. It keeps the juices flowing on a Sunday Morning.

O Gene, Where Art Thou?

The CSA was 4 years of 150 years of Slavery. 50% were Free Blacks. Some owning plantations and successful businesses. Tell the full story. Professor Gates is an accurate Black historian. History does not help Chicago.

Tmc: Are you proposing a quota system based on population percentages? Would that be a kind affirmative action program for CSA interests?

Just to stir the pot, Don't you think we have 151 years of CSA history scattered all over he south in names, monuments and streets. This observation will probably get me kicked out of the Deplorable Bucket, but I'm "just saying".

Find a parade and get in front. Somebody will think you are the leader.

So your technique is similar to the burlesque, except instead of showing a little "T&A" you show a little "S&B" ( Stars and Bars for the uninformed.)

My latest article HOW TO SUCCEED ON BCN has some good advice. Plagiarize Little D and borrow a photo from Stan. I think they insert the number of views. Now at 1200 with a Photo from Canada and less than 80 words. What was the question?

I have no idea how Tmac gets so many views with his total lack of talent and brevity. I think it has something to do with the flag issue but I could be wrong.

This post just hit 205 views in less than 24 hours.

Ted believes that folks generally do not want to comment because his missives are compact.

I respectfully submit that folks wish to comment because his message is brief, and, therefore, leaves plenty of air in the subject.

Tmv: Where are you? Anyway, five states have pieces of the Stars & Bars. The St. Andrews X cross (Saint of Southerners) or Stars or something. States change flags often. Reminds me of Flag Football. Games children play.

The Answer: Look back on the most peaceful prosperous time in America --1950.
Read Bobby Tony articles about such. Ask politicians to duplicate or repeal all Fed laws that destroyed that condition regardless of political correctness. Once at peace improve harmful conditions. Forget flags and history month.

SD: OK. I will not delete the comments. Muslims detract from my Flag story.
BT emailed that Stars & Bars are on the pickups where ever his grandboy lives.
Everybody in Ga is packing. We ain't afraid of nobody. (Joke)

Before Ted deletes the comments, I overheard an interesting conversation in West Georgia yesterday and while there is definitely an element of race involved, most were just sick of the government telling them what the hell they could do. There is a backlash coming with the overstepping of the government on individual rights but it will be classified by the media and other left wingers as some sort of hate filled soul. And Gene, if you would just once offer an answer instead of endless questions you may be able to move the discussion along. The technique is wearing thin.
