A Satanist Pedophile Gang Is Torturing Kids. The FBI Didn’t Seem To Care Unless It Could Blame White Supremacy.
Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a nonprofit that has criticized the FBI for political bias, said putting domestic terror agents on pedophiles and calling them a right-wing gang lets the FBI inflate the numbers of purported "white supremacy" crimes. A heavy case-load under that line item will be used to show that the FBI needs more funding for domestic violent extremism, which "is code for conservative and Trump," he said.
In February 2021, days after Biden took office, a Department of Homeland Security-linked "fusion center" issued a report saying that there was a "rarity of targeted left-wing extremist attacks," and that right-wing domestic violent extremists were "responsible for the majority of deadly domestic terrorist activity."
It cited three examples: the "Boogaloo movement," said to be a group of white men who wear Hawaiian shirts; a plot to kidnap the governor of Michigan, which later resulted in acquittals after the defense showed that undercover FBI operatives entrapped the defendants; and a man who set off a bomb near a telecommunications hub in Tennessee, in which the bomber was "kind of a hippie" with long hair who liked smoking weed and hated cops.
In July 2022, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote to FBI Director Chris Wray saying that FBI was cooking the books by "artificially padding domestic terrorism data" in order to make it seem like a threat that needed to be cracked down on.
Indeed, Attorney General Merrick Garland presented such a plan, calling for a "whole of society approach" to combat it because, "In the FBI's view, the top domestic violence extremist threat comes from racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocated for the superiority of the White race."
"We have received accusations that FBI agents are bolstering the number of cases of [Domestic Violent Extremists] to satisfy their superiors," Jordan wrote. "For example, one whistleblower explained that because agents are not finding enough DVE cases, they are encouraged and incentivized to reclassify cases as DVE cases even though there is minimal, circumstantial evidence to support the reclassification."
Fudging the numbers also relies on not recording leftist terrorism as such. The next year the FBI said it wasn't counting as terrorism the slaughter of Nashville schoolchildren by a transgender woman who said she wanted to kill whites.
A plea for parents to keep children off of social media
On September 12, 2023, the FBI put out a public service announcement about 764.
"The FBI is warning the public of violent online groups deliberately targeting minor victims on publicly available messaging platforms to extort them into recording or live-streaming acts of self-harm and producing child sexual abuse material," it said. "These groups use threats, blackmail, and manipulation to control the victims into recording or live-streaming self-harm, sexually explicit acts, and/or suicide."
"The violent online groups use many names, including 676, 764, CVLT, Court, Kaskar, Harm Nation, Leak Society, and H3ll, but continuously evolve and form subgroups under different monikers," it said. "The groups target minors between the ages of 8 and 17 years old, especially LGBTQ+ youth, racial minorities, and those who struggle with a variety of mental health issues, such as depression and suicidal ideation."
Fay, the freelance child abuse investigator, said the FBI's claim that 764 is a white supremacist gang is "patently false on its face." Its leader is "a femboy who's targeting mostly white girls. That should be bad enough."
He said he didn't blame the agents for focusing on a racial terrorism angle, because that's the unit they worked for - rather, he blamed higher-ups.
"I think these agents are well-intentioned, but they're being assigned to focus on it from this angle from the top down. I think they're good guys but it's being handled in a way that's advantageous for left-wing groups rather than for justice." All of 764's victims deserve justice, he said.
The worst part of the apparent politicking by the FBI, he said, is that there are others preying on children still out there committing heinous crimes - without the ideological baggage, and without aggressive law enforcement action. Parents can't imagine how bad the child sexual abuse material is, he said, adding that simply hunting down the bad guys has caused him trauma.
One of the platforms used by predators - Omegle, which connects users with random strangers - was shut down this month. But Fay said that they use a multitude of platforms, major and niche, to meet teens, and that even smart and rule-following kids can inadvertently get entrapped.
"You can educate your kids all you want but ultimately it comes down to keeping them off chat sites and social media. If you're going to give your child a phone, make sure they don't have access to those platforms," he said.
