    Difficult people - they ask for special treatment, take up your time and test your patience as a small business owner! Learn to communicate more effectively with customers, employees and others to increase your customer service and supervisory skills at this seminar offered by Business and Industry Services at Beaufort County Community College.

    It will be 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, in Room 828 of Building 8 on the BCCC campus. Instructor Emily Ballance travels across the country speaking at conferences and other meetings on communication, customer service, stress management and business topics.

    Attendance is free of charge but pre-registration is recommended in order to reserve seating and to allow the college to adequately prepare materials.
