    Critical Incident Preparation and Response

    Todd Alligood, BCCC's director of law enforcement training, will share his expertise and perspective on this serious subject. Students interested in making their workplace a safer place should attend. Alligood will explain what to do if a critical incident, like an active shooter, occurs on or near your premises. Learn to prepare for critical incidents, how to correctly summon help, and how to protect your employees, your clients and yourself should something happen. Students will receive guidance on precautions to take and procedures to implement to deal with these dangerous situations. This class will run from 5:30-8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 6 and costs just $15.

    Introduction to Computers (Windows 10): Safely Navigating the Internet

    The Internet can be a scary place. In this workshop, students will learn how to safely navigate the Internet and learn basic settings that can help safeguard against unwanted information. Students will also learn to safely purchase items on-line. Students will need to bring with them their laptops or tablets with Windows 10 installed. This class takes place on Tuesday, June 21 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00p.m. and costs just $25.
