Campbell Law professor critiques FBI news conference on Clinton emails



    "Extremely careless." That's how FBI Director James Comey described former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's handling of sensitive - even classified - information on a private email server during her years leading the State Department. Still, Comey concluded in a news conference Tuesday that no "reasonable" prosecutor would pursue criminal charges against Clinton, who's now the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

    Comey's public announcement struck Zachary Bolitho as unusual. Bolitho, assistant professor of law at Campbell University, is a former federal prosecutor. He discussed the case with Mitch Kokai for an upcoming edition of Carolina Journal Radio..
