You need to know that in the 60s censorship was such that even Girly Magazine models wore shorts and tank tops. Desi and Lucy had separate beds. Anyway, Brigitte Bardot was the first totally nude woman I saw on screen and to a young teenage boy that was exciting.

I saw numerous of her over 26 movies and do not remember the plot of any and am not sure there was a plot. These were not porn or soft-porn...just a beautiful scantily clad young lady with a French accent.

Those were the days of Drive-Ins where we would go to Metro and pay an adult to buy cases of beer then two guys would pay while others were in the trunk with the beer. Empty cans were thrown under the car and run over while leaving. You need to know that drugs were not easily available in those days. Driving drunk was not a big problem without a lot of traffic. Of course you needed to finish the night at Waffle House to sober up on coffee.

Conclusion: If a space alien visited Metro in the 60s and returned in the 2018, he would see they we have lost our minds in 50 years. He would see movies with complicated diverse plots.

Thankfully, Netflix and YouTube will keep me entertained with old movie and TV series.

I am now 73 and dear Brigitte is 83. Who wants to see us naked?
