    Smith and Wesson Model 29: Obviously, I can't talk about modern .44 Magnum guns and not include the one that started it all. It may not be the most powerful handgun in the world anymore but my God, will it get somebody's attention.

    Conclusion: Most of us used .22lr handguns and rifles for small game hunting and big game hunters may need the convenience of the .44 Magnum pistols and rifles.
