The problem here with Covid Joe's Executive Order to end a fully permitted international government project is that while the Executive Order is probably unconstitutional, the injured parties would need to seek relief in the federal court system, possibly the Supreme Court, and that would take time, and funding has been ended until that relief can be adjudicated.

What have we learned here other that there are dire consequences due to America "electing" its first Idiot President, which is quantifiable at this point.

There will be many more instances of Covid Joe's monumental stupidity before his remaining year(s) are done.
