Younger men who either don't want or fear having children, no longer confident that the women in their life can abort their babies because of the SCOTUS decision overturning Roe v. Wade, are surging in their desire for vasectomies.

Urologists and staff at medical offices around the country have noticed an increase in demand for vasectomies.

"A vasectomy is permanent male sterilization," Dr. Puneet Masson, Assistant Professor of Urology and Director of the Male Fertility Program at Penn Fertility Care, stated. "That being said, life changes-it's a very dynamic process."

"Dr. Alex Shteynshlyuger, director of urology at New York Urology Specialists in Midtown Manhattan, estimated that calls about vasectomy procedures to his office have soared by more than 500 percent this week with many consultations booked for July and younger men jumping on the bandwagon," the New York Post reported.

"Staff at medical offices told The Post that they have been stunned by the number of childless, younger men asking about the procedure during which the tubes that carry sperm are cut or blocked," the Post added.

"This week, we have had a lot of people calling to try and get in for a vasectomy," said Isis Thomas, an office manager at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City declared. "We have had a lot of younger generations trying to get in and get that done for sure ... we normally have in one day of people calling and trying to get in maybe five to six patients, but this past week, we've had 15, 16 people call in a day."

In Salt Lake City, Utah, urologist Dr. Blake Johnson, cited the leak of the Supreme Court ruling in May, saying, "Since the actual decision, we're all of the sudden booked out until September. It's way up."

Dr. Christian Hettinger. a urologist in the Kansas City area, said earlier this week, "One of our office managers said get ready. Since Friday, we're up 900% in people looking to get a vasectomy."

"Typically, it's about three phone calls over a weekend, over this past weekend it was 50 calls looking for vasectomies," he revealed.

With Roe v Wade (originated in 1973) overturned by the US Supreme Court, thereby allowing decisions on abortion legislation completely returned to the states: Where do you find your position on such a "Life and Death" issue for the American People?
Yes, I approve of the US Supreme Court's decision to reinstate this "medical" issue back to the states' legislative responsibility to regulate.
No, I believe that every woman should have complete access to abortion on demand.
This issue is far beyond my intellectual capacity to understand.

With respect to the leaked opinion not yet written for ratification regarding the U.S. Supreme Court's revisiting the original decision of Roe v Wade, whence now nonstop protests have erupted in neighborhoods where U.S. Supreme Court justices live, exhibiting the firm intent to intimidate these officers of the highest court in the land: What action should the federal authorities take?
Do nothing ... Protests are a fixture of a free society.
Enforce the law ... Federal codes exist to prohibit any intimidation through the pubic harassment of federal judges, especially Supreme Court justices.
I have no idea, however, northern Virginia School Board Members must be shielded from protests at all costs.
