Question: If Joe Biden Were Your Dad, Would You Let Him Live On His Own? | Eastern North Carolina Now

Serious question: If President Joe Biden were your dad, would you let him live on his own? Or would you start having conversations with your siblings about putting him in a retirement home?

At the very least, you would likely discuss hiring a part-time caretaker because it is apparent that the president isn't quite all there anymore.

Put another way, if your father had difficulty getting up the stairs, fell down on his bike, constantly meandered about looking lost, broke his foot while trying to pull your family's dog's tail after getting out of the shower, and needed cue cards in approximate size 48 font just to know when he is supposed to sit down, how would you react? One would hope you'd be concerned about his wellbeing.

Biden does all of that and more. Yet his family seems quite content to keep him propped up as President of the United States.

Then, of course, there are his speech issues.

Biden has claimed that he has always had a stutter. Interestingly enough, that didn't really seem to be a problem before he turned 76 years old.

Many of his gaffes can't be blamed on that sort of speech impediment. His long-winded stories are replete with lies that he tells over and over. Those "half-truths," as they say in the Swamp, certainly can't be caused by a stutter.

Come to think of it, he sounds more like an unprimed lawn mower nowadays. Or he sounds depressed. And when the president isn't sounding deflated, he's going berserk on stage in a shrieking rage.

Why isn't Jill, or even struggling artist Hunter, suggesting that he resign and get some rest?

Keeping with the theme of the article, now imagine that your dad was running a major company. He was, as they say, The Big Cheese, The Top Dog, The Head Honcho. Yet, all around him, his staffers constantly undermined his orders.

He would make one company announcement, and a few days later, a subordinate would tell all employees something else completely. That would obviously be concerning, but it would be even more concerning if your dad was unaware it was occurring.

That has happened multiple times in Biden's presidency so far.

Perhaps most notably in March, when Biden appeared to tell American troops that they were headed to Ukraine, suggested that the United States might retaliate with a chemical weapon if Russia used one first, and alluded to the possibility of regime change in Russia.

Then his aides walked it all back. When asked about it, the president seemed like he didn't have a clue his staff had retracted his comments, let alone that he made them in the first place.

"What's getting walked back?" Biden responded when Fox News' Peter Doocey asked him point blank about the three retractions. After an explanation, the president interrupted, denying that had happened at all, "None of the three occurred."

Then, this week, the president declared that America would send troops to defend Taiwan should China invade, and that the pandemic was over. Again, both remarks were retracted by anonymous White House officials.

Biden is surrounded by dozens, if not hundreds of aides, Secret Service, top-of-the-line doctors, and more. We still don't know what he does at Delaware practically every weekend, but it's safe to say he isn't alone.

All of that raises the question posed in the title and opening lede: If you took away all the privilege and wealth Biden has, and he were your dad, would you let him live on his own? I would hope not.

That would be elder abuse. So, why isn't anybody calling out the Biden family for what they're doing to their patriarch?

Considering what is being reported as the most divisive presidential speech - September 1, 2022 - in modern American history, where over 74,000,000 people, many of whom are OUR greatest patriots, were named as fascists by inference or otherwise: Is Joe Biden clearly capable of governing all of the American People to the betterment of this Representative Republic?
Yes, it is important that Haters are named.
No, Joe Biden cannot accept criticism when the real truth is his cruelest taskmaster.
I have no idea what is going on because I only consume Democratic Socialist Media.

Considering that Joe Biden is considered by so many to be the Imposter President: Is he actually knowledgeable enough, wise enough, patriotic enough to be this Constitutional Republic's president at this difficult point in these tumultuous times?
Yes, Mr. Biden is thoughtful and kind, and just so different from the "Orange Man".
No, this representation of "president" is either too corrupt, too stupid, or both to be a real president.
I just want the fun guy, who knew how to make stuff work back.

Inarguably, the policies of the Democrats in congress and Joe Biden as the Executive is plunging the United States into a recession, if we are not already there; a recession that was completely avoidable. Will abrupt changes in policies occur in time?
Yes, the Democrats have a bold plan, yet to be revealed, to save us.
No, there will have to be a complete undoing of the damage done by these Democrats.
I can't do simple math, so how am I to understand the concept of basic economics.
