    The City of Washington will meet Monday, January 28, 2013, as the "Committee of the Whole," to discuss issues in closed session. One issue, in particular, will be to discuss the acquisition of the Turnage Theater in downtown Washington, North Carolina.

    1. Discussion of recreation facility needs

    2. Closed Session – Under § NCGS 143-318.11(a)(3) Attorney Client Privilege – including James L. Davis vs. City of Washington, et al 12-CVS-571; (a)(5) Potential Acquisition of Property –located at 150 West Main Street owned by Turnage Theater, LLC for the potential use of the arts; (a)(4) Economic Development;

   3. Adjourn – Until Monday, February 11, 2013 at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building.
