Will the RINOs take over the county Republican party?

Much has been written of late regarding the re-forming of the Beaufort County RINO herd that, unremarkably, made themselves scarce after taking over the Beaufort County Republican Party, leaving it in a unmanageable, flaccid shambles.

At some point, after the self-imposed scattering of the herd, Larry Britt convinced a number of the Conservatives in the party that he would reunite the two camps: the unprincipled RINOs and the principled Conservatives. That never materialized, and when the unprincipled RINOs continued their RINO ways, were unpunished by party and were ultimately rewarded for said behavior, Chairman Britt folded into the RINO camp, and openly attacked long elected Conservative local politicians to gain favor with the RINOs that continued to exist in the shadows; only to support fellow RINOs and liberal Democrat politicians, with their favor and their campaign contributions.

Bearing this in mind, we leave you with the published agenda of the Beaufort County Republican County Convention:

To: Delegates and Alternates elected to the Beaufort County Republican Party Convention

From: Charles Hickman, Chairman of the Executive Committee

Re: Vital Information Related to the Convention

Place: Beaufort County Courthouse, Superior Courtroom

    Date: Tuesday March 26, 2013

Time: 6:00 pm - Begin Registration

          7:00 pm Convention Convenes

All Delegates and Alternates are expected to be seated by 7:00 pm

Please arrive early enough to accomplish this requirement.

Cost: $5.00 per Delegate and Alternate - ARTICLE III 8 b (p.5) of the Beaufort County Plan of Organization requires that each Delegate and Alternate to pay a $5.00 fee. Others will be asked to contribute.
