deliberate misstatement by Willis is violatiion of Georgia law
As the Stalin Show Trials against President Trump enter preliminary proceedings, the dishonesty of the prosecutors and their willingness to butcher the law for a political hit job is becoming more and more obvious. A motion filed in the Georgia case by Democrat hack prosecutor Fani Willis, daugher of a leader of the racist terrorist group the Black Panthers, is telling.
Georgian law makes it an offense for lawyers, including prosecutors to deliberately misstate the facts or law in filings with the court, but that is exactly what Fani Willis has done, and while the judge denied her motion, no action was taken against her for filing it. Willis deliberately misstated the law on four related subjects and misstated the holdings in court cases she falsely claimed supported her position.
Rogue prosecutors like this need to be sanctioned in some manner, and probably even disbarred, but there were no sanctions of any sort, not even a slap on the wrist for her abuses. This is a bad sign that President Trump is facing a kangaroo court in Georgia.

Further, it seems that Fani Willis had evidence exonerating Georgia's alternate electors but indicted some of them anyway.

The questions about Dominion voting machines was a very small part of the questions swirling around the 2020 elections. Mail-in ballot problems, and particularly the ballot harvesting, for example, was a much bigger problem. Fox settled because of a technical screwup; they failed to give Dominion a chance to respond to their news report. If they had done so, Dominion would not have had a leg to stand on.
Voting machines, generally, are a problem, and those from Dominion particularly so. Paper ballots, cast on election day or at manned early voting sites, hand counted are the most transparent and honest. Mail in ballots and unmanned ballot drop boxes are a huge invitation to fraud. Our own legislator, Keith Kidwell, uncovered the fact that in some counties here in North Carolina, voting machines had connections to the internet, which by law they were not supposed to have. Those were not Dominion machines but were other brands. |

When ultra partisan Democrat hack prosecutors abuse their offices for a political witch hunt to try to bring down their chief political opponent, it taints those offices, but not necessarily the whole judicial system. Those foreign leaders who have correctly called it a banana republic move are right on target. The DOJ and FBI as national insitutions are badly poliitically tainted and need to be totally rebuilt on a non-political basis. When a majority of Americans agree in a poll that the FBI has become Biden's personal political Gestapo, it raises real concerns for American democracy.

FAni Willis, Jack-boot Smith, and Alvin Bragg should be indicted and given long prison sentences for absuing their offices for election interference. What they are doing should not be tolerated in a free country.
