Jamaican-American judge attacks 1st Amendment and free elections
In a political power play that smacks of the "justice" of Third World banana republics and of Stalin Show Trials, an Obama-appointed federal judge who herself is the product of a Third World banana republic, has ordered a gag order on President Trump requested by Special Persecutor, err, Prosecutor Jack-Boot Smith. Judge Tanya Chutkan is a hard core leftwinger who grew up in the Third World hellhole of Jamaica and was appointed to the Court by Obama.
Never before in American history has an out of control judge like this tried to silence a former president and frontrunner to be the next president.
Free and fair elections are under severe threat in America from the abuse of power for blatantly political purposes by extreme partisan proscutors and judges. After 2024, there should be a special prosecutor appointed to investigage judges and prosecutors that abuse power like this. Such abuse of power by these judges and prosecutors is just un-American.

Jack Smith and Tanya Chutkan are both poltiical operators on a political mission. It is un-American that either is in the position they are in to assault our democracy. When Trump is back in office, there needs to be a real special prosecutor to investigate all of these political hit job hack judges and prosecutors. Lock them up.

This is a political lynching, not a trial, complete with a partisan hack prosecutor, Kangaroo court judge, and a politically toxic jury pool. There is no way any conservative could get a fair trial with this judge and this jury pool.
This judge is so blatantly politically, biased, she should have recused herself and any honest judge would have. She needs to be disbarred, stripped of her US citizenship, and shipped back to that shithole country Jamaica where she belongs. Utter nonsense. As the honorable Judge pointed out, Mr Trump is under court supervision, with several felonies, and he is not entitled to say and do what he wants. No other court would allow it, and hers is not going to either. He is free to slam Biden, he can say what he wants about the Government, he can run his election and talk up a storm. But he can't badger people and try and taint jury pools and intimidate witnesses. And intimidation is his total shtick. If it were you or I, we would be waiting in jail. Mr Trump is the perfect example of two teirs of justice.
