A second day of super cell storms pounded the Midwest along the terrible swath known Tornado Alley, spawning multiple tornadoes, one day after Sunday's tornadoes, numbering 24. As terrible as the storms were Sunday and today in multiple locations all over the Midwest, they paled in comparison to the brute force of this F5 - the "Finger of GOD."

This devastating behemoth of a storm flattened, ripped, shredded and tore every structure in it's path, killed a minimum of 51 people, including 7 elementary school children, with the distinct perilous promise that there will be more school children to perish.
The tornado begins beyond the suburbs of Moore, Oklahoma, north of Oklahoma City.

The killer tornado lasted for about 40 minutes, was on the ground for about 20 miles and at one point was nearly 2 miles wide - a truly monster storm. Below there is a video complements of the storm-chasers, Basehunters, which show the awesome power of this massive tornado. Ironically, the the video here below was most filmed in a school parking lot as the tornado bore down on the school. On must stop to wonder: Was this school the very Plaza Towers Elementary school, which took that direct hit, and killed upwards of 7 school-children?

Considering this immense tragedy, our thoughts and prayers go out to our fellow Americans in Oklahoma, and wish them only safe moments henceforth, and the peace to deal with their terrible fate of May 20, 2013.
