Well, there are those unfortunate Constitutional details - the 8th Amendment and the 14th Amendment - standing in the way of the public's theft, their ill begotten gains of private property unearned, which would be rightfully the public's to do as it wishes in any well functioning Marxist Hell Hole masquerading as a woebegone "society for the people," where "the means always justifies the end."
