At least once a year, they have a mass roundup of Haitian illegal aliens, who they throw into the notorious Fox Hill Prison, men, women, and children, until they can be deported back to Haiti. This has gone on whether it has been the center-left Progressive Liberal Party or the center-right Free National Movement in power.
