    BCCC offers Beginning Cake Decorating Class

    Cakes and cupcakes are even more delicious when they are beautifully decorated! Treat your sweetheart to a beautifully-decorated confection for Valentine's Day with the skills you learn at Cake Decorating I offered by the Division of Continuing Education at Beaufort County Community College.

    The class will be 6 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays, beginning Jan. 13 and ending Feb. 17 in Room 830 of Building 8 on the BCCC campus. The registration fee is $35.

    In this class, Instructor Maria Dickinson will teach students to master elegant borders - including shells, rosettes and stars - create lovely flowers - including rosebuds, sweet peas and pansies - and even more cake decorating skills. A supply list will be given to students upon registration.

    Class size is limited so early registration is advised.
