The Supreme Court upheld the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and its mandate that all individuals must be covered by a health insurance program. Under Obamacare businesses that have more than 50 employees must provide health insurance to their employees or face a penalty.

Let us hope that the Supremes (the court, not the singing group) come down on the right side (which according to numerous polls, is also considered to be the "correct" side by most Americans) of the Obamacare argument they are hearing this week (3/26-28/12).

Oral arguments have ended before the Supreme Court regarding Obamacare. Perhaps significantly, Justice Kennedy, the Court's notorious swing vote, appeared to be very concerned about the status of young people with respect to the healthcare bill.
