GS: Maybe my Bibles are not the same as yours or my technical education has corrupted my ability to interpret the English or maybe I need to learn Greek and Old Hebrew. But something is terribly wrong. I have a Catholic friend who can read Latin. Would that help me understand whatever you are talking about?

I need to write an article about 1870 when the South encouraged European Immigrants to come South to change the population from 60 per cent White to 70 per cent. Cullman, Al was a German town. Forsythe Ga (not county) was almost an entire regiment of Yankee soldiers invited. New folks did not stay in NYC very long.
The great migration was 5 million Blacks leaving the South for the factories in the Mid-West in 1946.
The mystery is why would any American stays in a State they do not like.

I enjoy history and her writing style is beyond Olympic for me but something to be studied. Someday I will write more than an 80 word article. I have a degree from Southern Tech and a degree for Dekalb College. I refer to both as SMU (STone Mountain University). So she and I are good looking and smart. (JOKE).

I left a big hole in my Bible Belt article for a pastor like yourself.
Somehow the Church grew in the middle of the Troubles while the congregation was doing some really bad activities.

Just a Sunday PM note: You do not have to hate people to kill them. Ask any Vet.
Also, you do not need to be crazy. Drone strikes happen daily by totally sane people. Back to How Man Messes up--we are trying to create an imaginary world that is out of our control. Preachers pray for heaven on earth. Lots of luck with that.
