Commented on The unintentional consequences of Luigi MangionePrior to Obmmacare, employer based health insurance was written for all employees of each company, and those denial rates on claims were still 1% to 2%.
As far as actualial tables and individual insurance, that is a matter of fairness to customers. Consider life insurance; should a person 30 years old in good health pay the same rates as someone 60 years old with cancer? Or auto insurance; should someone with no driving convictions pay the same auto insurance rates as someone with a string of DWI's and speeding tickets? Of course NOT.

Commented on The unintentional consequences of Luigi MangioneBefore Obamacare, insurance denials were exceedingly rare, between 1% and 2% of claims, and that was even true of United Healthcare, which now has a 31% denial rate. Obamacare did a lot of negative things to health care, and driving many insurance companies out of the health insurance business was one of them. Consumers now suffer from the lack of competition caused by Obamacare. But that was all by design. Obamacare was intended by its creators to gum up health care to the point that the public would buy socialized medicine, which is even worse.

THere Bobbie goes again, pushing hatred of Israelis (Jews). Israeli Arabs are part of the culture of Israel, serving in government, in the military, and in all aspects of life. There is an Israeli Arab party in the Israeli parliament.
Where the left gets this ridiculous charge is that some Arabs in Israeli in 1948 either fouhgt against Israel or fled the country. These were no different that Tories in colonial America who fled to the UK or British colonies like the Bahamas after the American Revolution. They made their choice, and it may or may not have worked out well for them. Israel has no more obligatoin to those who fled in 1948 than the US did to those who fled after 1776. Those Arabs, Druze, Christians, and others who have accepted Israel have been accepted by Israel and have the same rights as Jewish citizens.

What the liberal Democrats were trying to do with both HillaryCare and ObamaCare was to gum up the system so badly that people would accept socialized medicine. They have indeed gummed up the system, and lack of competition in health insurance and health care itself has been a huge problem.
Here is an important comparison between health insurance before Obamacare and now. As Sean Hannity pointed out on his radio show this afternoon, claim denials by all the big health insurers including United Health Insurance were under 2% in 2013 before Obamacare kicked in. Now they are over 15% at most and with United Health Insurance at an astounding 31%. I still do not think people want socialized medicine. Too many are aware of Canada's problems there where people die on waiting lists unable to get timely appointments. Many Canadians come to the US for medical care because they cannot get it at home. The same is true with the UK's National Health Service, where Brits increasingly go to India to get medical care to get around the waiting lists at home. THere was an article recently in a British newspaper about how the NHS would send doctors to make house calls at migrant hotels in areas where it takes many months for a citizen to get an appointment. Yes, we need to cut off the illegal aliens. Send them home for health care. Americans should not have to pay for interlopers who should not even be here.

From the course I took at the university level in ancient Roman history, Rome was first weakened internally by Emporers soaking the taxpayers for "bread and circuses" for the masses, which is equivalent to the welfare state in America set up by the Democrats. Once weakened internally, it was easy prey for the barbarian hordes that overran it. We are indeed seeing the Democrats today encourage those same conditions.

Alan Dershowitz, the renowned Harvard Law Professor emeritus was on the radio today, pointed out the Jordan was alive, breathing and heartbeat, when paramedics arrived, that Penny had a solid self defense / defense of others situation, that Penny should have never been charged, and that Alvin Bragg is the worst DA in New York history. Dershowitz is a life long Democrat who voted for Biden in 2020.
I think Alan Dershowitz is a more credible source on how the law applies to these facts than leftwing internet troll Bobbie. That means that Bobbie's contentions are untrue, as usual.

The same drug used for chemical castration of rapists is also the main drug used as a "puberty blocker" on young boys. The corrupt ACLU has vehemently opposed its use on rapists but strongly supports and insists on its use on young boys.
HMMMM? Maybe it should be used on ACLU lawyers?

Trump is appointing strong people who will get our proud traditional American system of justice back from the political hacks who have been running it. He failed to do that his first term, but it is a clear priority for this term.

It does not seem that having a school board lawyer who is two and a half hours away in Durham, and who is likely spending a lot of his time in his other role as chairman of the very leftwing Durham County Democratic Party is working out very well, does it? That is Cheeseman's doing. How is this out of town lawyer supervising all the moving parts of the contracts to build a new school from way off in Durham?

Obama is the one who originally politicized the DOJ and FBI. Trump had weak AG's in his first term who did nothing about it. The politization got even worse under Biden. Now it is going to take a junk yard dog to de-politicize those agencies. Matt Gaetz is that junkyard dog. The MSM media is whining because they want to see a poodle in that role so these agencies will stay politically weaponized.
Mollie Hemmingway also had some great points about needed someone strong to clean up what she calls "The Department of Injustice". redstate.com A poll last year showed that a solid majority of the American people viewed the Biden era FBI as "Biden's personal Gestapo". It is time to get these agencies back to being professional and non-political. The Democrat political hacks need to be removed. Go, Matt!

McConnell is the least liked congressional leader of either party in either chamber, because neither Democrat nor Republican voters like him.
