Pushing the Green New Deal is what we would expect from Bernie Sanders or AOC. Tillis is way to the left of the NC mainstream. But sometime back I saw a Congressional rating that actually had Tillis as more to the left than Sanders, based on their Senate voting records. Tillis is too liberal for North Carolina and needs to get his waling papers in the 2026 primary. He has worn out his welcome with NC Republican voters.

Commented on School Board goes NON-transparent on Snowden closureIf I'm hearing this right the next 'hearing' is going to be more like a three-minute comment session directed at the board - more control freak stuff. I think at this point, and most likely afterwards too, this process is going to be ripe for legal action. Need to get in serious lawyer shopping mode.

Commented on School Board goes NON-transparent on Snowden closureRINO Hunter: If it was the one public hearing required by law, it was a very strange one, most unlike any county commissioner open hearing I have participated in during my nearly 25 years on the board.

Commented on School Board goes NON-transparent on Snowden closureSounds like a cram down by Cheeseman and his yes-men and yes-women on the school board.
Why can't some of those twits think for themselves? The optics of the way they have handled this stink to high heaven, so people will automatically assume there is hanky panky going on.

Commented on Financial Incompetence, Gang of FourJohn Valley, there are many audiences out there, and some know more than others.
Last night, Center/Left Commissioner Randy Walker suggested political governing by viral Facebook. Now, one thing I do know: the knowing of things for the Facebook crowd is of a lower echelon. Randy Walker subscribes to this level of intellect. I do not. Neither does Hood. Neither does nearly every parent with school age children, nor do the greater propensity of Beaufort County taxpayers.

Those in the Biden regime who diverted our taxpayer money to illegal aliens ought to be prosecuted and jailed. This is theft from the American people.

In immigration related cases, these are supposed to be brought in the immigration courts, NOT in the district courts. These Obama and Biden judges are involved in a power grab from another federal court. When will the Supreme Court put a stop to all this nonsense?

Commented on Financial Incompetence, Gang of FourSD: What happened was Hippie Cheeseman tried to get over on Unca Hood....and he did BUT, as some of you are scratching your heads on my comments, he didn't get over on the Old Man.
I don't think Unca Hood recognized the kayfabe shenaniganry being executed but a kayfabe maneuver was identified between several Commissioners and Frisco Bay.They also confirmed, but didn't confirm that they are closing Snowden. The audience didn't pick this up collectively. I wonder if Cheeseman has read Machiavelli?

Traditionally, judges only issue injunctions that only involve the people who are partied to that individual case. An exception would be a case that has been filed and approved as a class action, which none of the political cases against Trump have been. The issuance of national injunctions by district judges is a relatively recent development that has exploded in the Democrat lawfare cases against the Trump administration. Turley is right that the Supreme Court needs to put a stop to this practice where a local district court judge thinks he is running the country.
A contrast i court behavior can be made with Biden's most egregious abuse of power when he tried through executive fiat to rewrite Title IX of the Civil Rights Law to stand it on its head and make it say the opposite of what Congress passed. That was challenged in five separate lawsuits in district court, each one involving a grouping of states. Courts entered injunctions against Biden's move in each case, BUT each injunction only protected those states suing in that particular lawsuit. States that were not part of any lawsuit like North Carolina were unprotected. Now, even though many of the injunctions by Democrat district judges are frivolous and are reversed by appeals courts, they are issued to block executive branch actions in all states. That should not be allowed to continue. District judges should not be allowed to issue national injunctions unless a case is properly certified as a class action or unless the Supreme Court approves.

Some of the Biden White House biggest undemocratic acts came right out of Stalin's playbook, the lawfare against Trump to try to jail him on trumped up charges and kick him off of state ballots. Both of those authoritarian schemes go right back to the Biden White House. Stalin Show Trials came to American thanks to the Biden politburo.

ANTIFA and BLM are the actual "domestic violent extremists". They are the ones who need to be watched by law enforcement. It is good to see the Seattle police union speaking out on this. Hopefully the FBI will start targeting them.

The video shows that Babbitt was executed in cold blood by a deranged capitol cop who took stead aim to shoot to kill. What is a real travesty is that he was not prosecuted for that or even lose his job. Chauvin is sitting in jail for the death of George Floyd who probably died of a drug overdose and in any event was not intentionally killed, yet this officer is not even prosecuted and kept his job for a very deliberate killing. It is what you call a two tier system of justice.

The taxpayers of this Republic are fortunate that this wrongful death was not more than 5 million.
The so-called Insurrection has cost this nation tens of billions of investigatory dollars, while the crime wave, fomented by the Non Patriot Left, has swept this nation costing our taxpayers hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars, and thousands of deaths just during the Biden Administration alone. Where was the FBI during this extreme surge of anti social, psychopathic and sociopathic behavior during the incredibly failed administration of the Idiot President - Joseph R. Biden (or was it Hunter)? The Democratic Socialists' Insurrection cost the capital less than a million dollars, and NO deaths. Do the math People! Why would any Right thinking person ever vote for the political /governing intellect of a Democratic Socialist, or a RINO for that matter, ever again?

Roberts is awful, but he will only go down as second worst. Eisenhower's appointee as Chief Justice, Earl Warren, was even worse. Oddly, the two most dependable justices, Alito and Thomas were Bush appointees. The three Trump appointees, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and especially Barrett, are all over the landscape. The Trump team was concentrating on the issue of overturning Roe v. Wade, when they should have been looking at a fuller range of issues.

Republican Presidents need to vet their appointments far more stringent Democratic Socialist senators, or the Democratic Socialist Propagandistic Media, when making appointments.

The Non Patriot Left will employ whatever necessary to destroy this Constitutional Republic.
I have a quick and easy, well considered approach to the Democratic Socialists' cry for their faux "due process:" Either treat these Illegals as Illegal Aliens, with their immediate "due process" deportation; or, give the Illegals their Non Patriot Left ordered "due process," and then indict, prosecute, and punish the entire Biden Administration responsible for aiding and abetting, as treasonous traitors, for this open facing, premeditated invasion of our borders in federal criminal court. Then go to the civil courts after certain victory, and sue to take everything of value from these treasonous traitors, their families and other, be they Democrat, "Republican," or politically Independent co-conspirators to help pay for this immense ongoing cost to our innocent American People. For some of the lead conspirators that sought to damage and defraud the United States of America for profit, be it political or otherwise, life in prison and, or the death penalty would NOT be off the prosecutorial table. It is truly a fair tradeoff: Due process for Illegals as a trade for Due Process for the seriously damaged American People. Smart, wise justice is what this Constitutional Republic deserves, and it deserves it NOW.

The Democrat gambit on deportation of "due process" is totally bogus. It is a scam to try to delay the process and keep the illegal aliens in the US. Many of them have already had their due process in the immigration courts where they received "removal" orders. There is no basis for the district courts to get involved.
For example Democrat MS13 poster boy Kitmar Allbrego Garcia had his day in court in the immigration court, which ruled he was a member of MS13, in the country illegally, and subject to removal. He appealed to an appellant immigration court which affirmed the findings and rulings of the immigration trial court. Boasberg and other OBama and Biden judges have absolutely no business fooling around in his or other immigration cases. There are separate federal courts for that. Obama and Clinton each deported hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens without politically motivated district court judges sticking their noses into those deportations. That was also true in the last mass deportation, President Eisenhower's Operation Wetback. The Trump administration is being treated differently for purely political reasons and our federal courts should be ashamed of playing politics that way. They are destroying their own credibility with the public by what they are doing. Chief Justice Roberts disgusting way of trying to play to the MSM media is also doing a lot of damage to the reputation of his court, something he ought to think about.

Commented on The Murder of S. W. SnowdenKilling off Snowden is not about money. That is a false flag raised by Cheeseman, whose ludicrous numbers on that score are very seriously flawed. Of course, Cheeseman's blunders with the Washington mega elementary school show that he has absolutely no management or financial competence in the first place. It is all about the leftist education establishment's agenda to kill off community and neighborhood schools. By centralizing education, they can control it and push it in the woke directions they want. Anyone who votes for school consolidation is either a flaming liberal or dumb as a brick.

Climate alarmists are always full of hot air. Of the dozens of scare stories they have told that have already passed the time they were supposed to come true, not a one of them has or even come vaguely close. They are liars that are often personally profiting off of their narrative. Michael Mann certainly has. They don't want their gravy train to dry up.
Thom Tillis has a big investment in a small bank in Mecklenburg County that specializes in loans to the wind and solar industries. Tillis' is screwing his own constituents to protect his own personal pocketbook. That is simply corrupt. We need TIllis to be G-O-N-E.
