It is great to see that articles of impeachment are now being drafted in Congress against a second rogue far left Obama judge involved in this Un-Constitutional assault on presidential powers. www.thegatewaypundit.com

When you see the way partisan liberal judges are misusing their office for political purposes against President Trump, ANY so-called Republican who would endorse a liberal Democrat judge is highly suspect. Berger showed his liberalism when he rammed through a bill on behalf of Roy Cooper and the homosexual activists to repeal HB2, the law that had kept biological men out of womeens and girls restrooms and locker rooms. I have had absolutely no use for Phil Berger since. I wish he would just go away.

One of the rogue Obama judges abusing their power to delay President Trump has been a mega-donor to the Democrats, giving hundreds of thousands of dollars to liberal Democrat candidates. That is a huge conflict of interest, and if this rogue judge had a ethical bone in his dody, he would recuse himself from these political case. Instead, he is acting totally unethically in making highly political partisan rulings.

Not only does he need to be impeached but he needs to have ethics complaints filed against him. There ought to be an easier way to remove absolute scoundrels like this rogue judge from office.

It's. About. Time. What on earth took so long??? THANK YOU to the DUPLIN GOP. TRUE red Republicans! Heroes, really to retaining party integrity. Chairman Simmons needs to be replaced if this isn't handled fast and right doesn't occur. The NCGOP needs to acknowledge this automatic resignation. Now. Has the State Exec Com special meeting been scheduled yet??

I'm always hearing about Pelosi, and other Democrats who became Billionaire$ while being lifelong public servants. I wonder how that info is obtained.

Can someone tell me how I could research how wealthy our local Govt officials and employees have become while working with the City and County?

The NCDEQ is like th rest of Govt... Inefficient & negligent.
The NCDEQ local employees want to "go-along to get-along" w the local small town Govt's Bosses.
They do this because they LIVE here & R subject to th same needs of th rest of us 2B accepted...especially by those who R powerful, & could get them fired. They dont want even a small town Govt complaining loudly about them.
The NCDEQ in Raleigh R just paper pushers who put their pronouns in their signature lines, & work to COVER for any actions of the local NCDEQ employees.

If we want to make things right in NC, we have to do more than just Talk abt it here.

Regarding Schools? Isnt the titlesearch a matter of public records that anyone has a right to request & view. Perhaps it has to be in writing.
My question is how did 9 acs owned by WashingtonCitySchool s end up owned by th RedevelopmentCommiss ion of Washington. When th change was made to BeaufortCo SchoolSystem shouldnt school-owned-land,been automatically handed over?

Does anyone know any Attorneys who arent afraid of the City and County Managers?
Commented: Wednesday, February 12th, 2025 @ 2:43 pm By: Washingtonian
BCC: Yep. I'm just wondering why the 3 voted against it.
Commented: Wednesday, February 12th, 2025 @ 2:43 pm By: Van Zant
BCCitizen: Which board are you writing about; When did that board ratify that issue?

And, when will I get my copy?

If you are speaking specifically about the Ethics Opinion, Jerry Langley broke with the Center-Left Coalition, comprised of two Democratic Socialists and two RINOs.

Van Zant: I have some ideas why Democratic Socialist Booth voted against it; and why RINOs Waters and Walker voted against transparency in ethics.

Van Zant and Will, the board voted to PASS the request to get the attorney to render an opinion.

NC Attorney General Jeff Jackson is an amnesty whore. He has also put North Carolina in the middle of the lawsuit by leftwing state Attorneys General to protect anchor babies of illegal aliens by asserting the liberal interpretation of the 14th amendment on "birthright citizenship". North Carolinians do not support that garbage, and according to polls, nor do most Americans. Jackson is far left and out of touch and out of step with North Carolina. The legislature needs to impeach him and remove him from office for these partisan political lawsuits that he engages in at taxpayer expense.

There are other things the General Assembly can do to clip Jackson's wings on these very questionable politically motivated out of state lawsuits. They can slash all the items in his budget that contributed to hia filing these suits. They can specifically eliminate the positions of each of his staff attorneys involved with the lawsuits, and they can zero out his department's out of state travel budget.

This behavior by Jackson is disgusting and it must be stopped. The DOJ budget is NOT his personal piggy bank to finance his ideological and political lawsuits. Jackson is abusing the public trust.

RH: Real governing is so far over the heads of Leftists and their parrotted commentary fed unto them that while they have right here to profess institutional ignorance, they do not have the right for it to go unabated.

Surely, the logic of this project does not follow, but the reasons why this is a flawed process do follow.

Does Bolshevik Bob really get it that reality does not match his far left narrative? I doubt it since he keeps posting the fantasy from the far left narrative.

Oh, and on that last bit, it looks like Bobbie needs to see a mental health professional.

Big Bob: You are a Leftist; you will always be the last to know what is real, what is honest, what is wise, as you have proven in your every comment.

Your sarcasm speaks volumes as to the communication piece of the expression of your level of knowledge.

Hood and Death, true consensus builders!
Shocking that the other board members find difficult to work with.

Ask President Musk.

But I get it. It sucks when reality doesn't match the narrative.

Yesterday, when discussing this issue with the Superintendent, I offered many explanations in the form of effusive non sequiturs.

Stan: Seems to me the Beaufort County School Board missed that boat a long time ago. It also appears to me the Superintendent never cared to touch that base before rushing into this project. Maybe there should have been less grinning with giant education lotto checks and posing with hard hats and golden shovels. Instead, there should have been more real work being done in planning this scheme.
Commented: Wednesday, February 12th, 2025 @ 9:39 am By: Van Zant
Van Zant: That all sounds about right ... sadly.

I was told by the Superintendent, yesterday in open session of the Beaufort County Commissioners, while on budget retreat, the answer to my request for elusive the title search, with whatever notes that can provided, is: 'It may be provided if approved by the Beaufort County School Board.

USAID is an example of what happens when the Deep State gets a stranglehold on something that started out with a good purpose but then gets subverted by the Deep State.

Phil Berger is a power obsessed opportunist who does not have a principled bone in his body. As a face of the state GOP, he totally turns off conservatives. Berger is a big government man, through and through, because that is where power lies. He is the opposite of Trump and Musk and is more like Marc Basnight or Liston Ramsey than any other politician. There must have been some power angle where he had an in with the Democrat or thought the Republican would be too honest for him to engage in this blatant act of party disloyalty. Berger has opened himself up to this charge, and the Duplin GOP is to be thanked for having the guts to bring it forward. The question is whether the NCGOP will try to cover it up and sweep it under the rug? IF they do, then that will be a big sign that there needs to be a total change of leadership there.
