Women are the strongest on both sides of the abortion issue. I suspect that Harris being so outfront on abortion will energize the Right to Life women for Trump, as they had not been feeling the love from Trump lately but now are energized to stop Harris.

Commented on If we keep doing what we have been doing we will get what we have always gotten—a poor performing school systemKamala is what u get when the two parties allow a Non-Natural Born Citizen to run for the Presidency.
Kamala Harris is not even eligible to be President. She's an anchor baby whose parents were foreigners. Her parents were here on student visas. Her mom had an expired student visa when Kamala was born. Kamala grew up in Canada and San Francisco w the Marxist ideals of her parents. Why are we willing to allow a foreign anchor baby, a dual citizen via application, to occupy the White House?

Commented on ABC News Releases Rules For Trump-Harris Debate; Team Kamala Claims She’s ‘Disadvantaged’ By FormatAny debate should have strict rules for moderators not interjecting themselves into the debate and not framing questions to go after a candidate. Let their opponent do whatever is done on those things. Moderators should not be arguing with candidates on the substance of their answers.

"The thesis of etatism that the members of the government and its assistants are more intelligent than the people, and that they know better what is good for the individual than he himself knows, is pure nonsense." ~Ludwig von Mises, Omnipotent Government.

Commented on If we keep doing what we have been doing we will get what we have always gotten—a poor performing school systemBeaufort Observer wrote:
"The Beaufort County Board of Commissioners and School Board have become textbook examples of administrative government. That is, these members are present during meetings but have abandoned the real work of setting policy and forcing out liberal, socialistic and communist dogma and policy. They leave it up to their hired help." WHY did you leave out the Washington City Govt. It is as useless as the others you mentioned. ALL THINKING THERE is left up to the City manager who even writes the motions for the clueless council members. AND whatever became of the public records request by Ceres abt the Housing Authority? The corrupt city ignored those request. That tells yu all u need to know. Clueless voters are getting what they deserve! Corruption.

Commented on If we keep doing what we have been doing we will get what we have always gotten—a poor performing school systemI just used the "voter lookup" tool on the NC Board of Elections website to check out David Hudson, and it shows he is a Republican. I seem to recall a snafu at the local board of elections that caused him to have to run as an Unaffiliated instead of in the Republican primary. I wish he had been in the primary because the RINO incumbent T.W. Allen is little more than a pathetic sock puppet for Superintendant Cheeseman. We need school board members who will stand up for parents and taxpayers, not yes-men for the school bureaucrats.
The problem is that we have a majority on the current school board who take orders from Cheeseman. That needs to change. It is the pro-Cheeseman faction that whines about the PAC that has helped fund conservative challengers to the Cheeseman group.

So, Harris came across as Johnnie One-Note on abortion. She already had the pro-abortion vote, anyway, so she was preaching to the choir. She gained nothing there. Trump connected on the issues most in voters minds, and that will pay off for him.

The only group for which the debate mattered was the small group of undecided and those who are weak supporters of one side or the other. From the focus groups of undecided voters run by liberal media organizations, the debate moved the needle among them significantly in Trump's favor. Among those voters, it was Harris who came across as nasty, without a plan, and not presidential. And those are the voters that count.

Commented on If we keep doing what we have been doing we will get what we have always gotten—a poor performing school systemAll I care about is if David Hudson is a conservative. How about the two Republicans running. Are they conservative? The two Democrat board members seem to be nice people, but how can anyone be a Democrat these days? Maybe we need an interview with candidates. That goes for county commission candidates too.
To be more clear on school grades. It depends on if you are grading on a curve or not. Clearly, the schools get a very generous curve when compared to students.

Disney screwed up Star Wars and Marvel. Why should ABC be any different? The guy that runs ABC is a personal friend of Harris. What happened is what I expected to happen. The Fourth Estate has reached a new low. I expect them to go lower still.

Debate moderators should never jump into the debate as participants and both of these ABC goons did so. Indeed, giving them control of the questions is a very bad idea. ABC should NEVER be allowed to hold a presidential debate again. Megyn Kelly sure got this one right as to their disgusting performance. Kamaa Harris spewed out lie after lie and they said nothing, but they quibbled over opinions with Trump.

No conservative should ever use Google's dishonest, politically manipulated search engine. There are alternatives, and many of those alternatives do not spy on you by collecting and selling your data like Google does.

What the Trump campaign needs to do is find out what frequnecy that Nova H1 audio earrings operate on, and jam that frequnecy in the debate area. They should start the jamming wshen she has just started answering the first question.

Both sides are pretty dug in. So what was the point of the debate?
KH has been called a lightweight and, for her, the point was to look presidential. Could she do that? Nobody knew. Now we know. Say what you want but Trump had his A$$ handed to him. We all saw him become mean, agitated, angry and emotionally out of control. The question you should ask, if that punk couldn’t manage KH, how the hell can he be president? Maybe it’s his age, maybe it’s because he never read a book, or maybe it’s because he believes the white nationalist crap he peddles. But any way you shake it, he came across as a spoiled child. And that should cost him the election.

Political bias to the left has been rampant in the media for decades, but the open rise of "advocacy journalism" in recent years has meant the mask of objectivity has increasingly fallen off. The media is a horrible place to find comeone who should be neutral in a debate setting.
The sad thing is that RNC was working to straighten this problem out but then dropped the ball, allowing the worst manipulation of debates in US presidential election history. The Commission on Presidential Debates has had a history of choosing biased moderators, although not as bad as the ABC News duo, so at Chairman McDaniels initiative the Republican National Committee withdrew from the Commission debates to negotiate debates directly with the Democrats. Her successor, Michael Whatley, then dropped the ball and did not start begotiations. This allowed the Biden camp to put forward their debate plan directly to Trump while Trump was tied up with the Stalin Show Trial in Manhattan and thus had little room to manuever. That allowed the Democrats to, in effect, set the rules. If Michael Whatley had had the competence to follow through on what McDaniel started, we would never have had that ultra-early debate that set up the Democrat coup against Biden, and the Trump - Biden debate would have been what occured Tuesday, too late for the Democrats to oust Biden as nominee. And we certainly would not have had partisan hack moderators like we had Tuesday.
