I understnad DEI very well. Here is an article on the rot in the Secret Service it has caused:
www.city-journal.org Sean Ono Lennon, son of JOhn Lennon of the Beatles, observed that supporters of DEI were "Dumb Evil Idiots". He got that one right. The current head of the Secret Service once served on Joe Biden's personal detail when he was vice president. This is a political appointment to a job that should not be political.

Assassin shot dead by LEO.Glenn Beck just had a professional sniper on his radio program who says the shooter had to have had help and this could not have been done by one man acting alone. His expert was Dallas Alexander, a retired Canadian army sniper who has the world's record for the longest kill shot, who has also worked on the other side of the aisle providing security assistance to important leaders including Canada's prime minister. Alexander said that there was no level of incompetence that could explain away what happened. He pointed out that he had never himself worked a protective detail where the enemy sniper was allowed to fire first before being taken out.
It is also interesting that they are now saying that explosive devises were found in the shooter's home as well as his car. One wonders what other mayhem he had in mind. The lack of info that is being given on the shooter and his motives is also concerning. Will we have another coverup like the FBI did with the transgender shooter in Tennessee?

Little Bobbie is a quota-head DEI fanatic who does not seem to comprehend that the important thing in hiring is getting the people most capable of doing the job. If you set ANY arbitrary criteria other than qualifications to do the job, you get a less qualified workforce. If you restrict jobs to white males, you will get a less qualified workforce because invariably there will be some women, some blacks, some Hispanics who can do the job better than the lowest tier of the protected class. Positions in the Secret Service, and all government positions, should be open to everyone to apply, but selection should be strictly based on those with the best ability to do the job. It is clear that the Secret Service under Biden, like the FAA, is hiring based on quotas instaed of qualifications and the results show it. Is it going to take a major air diasater to get the quotas out of the FAA? The near misses ought to be enough to set off the alarm bells. Is it going to take a successful assassination to set off the alarm bells?
And it is still an open question, as Elon Musk and Erik Prince point out, or whether this was extreme incompetence or worse.

For now, I'm confining my remarks just to the bad security failure at the Butler, PA event. Having had a lot of experience a long time ago with military matters regarding physical security, it is really hard to imagine how this happened. With the line of sight of the shooter's rooftop with the speaker's stage and the very short range between the two, how did they not secure that rooftop? That should not have gotten by the lowest ranking member of any security team and is unbelievable that it was not a primary part of the security plan. Whether it is incompetence or worse this is gravely concerning.

No, you idiot, it is the fault of hiring by quotas instead of qualifications. When you have to take less qualified people to fill any quota, no matter what the quota is, then you have a less capable organization. That is where DEI is a problem. It is like all the near misses that have been happening with airplanes since the Biden regime started quota hiring air traffic controllers with DEI. We need to always hire the most qualified, no matter who they are. Hiring should be colorblind and only focus on the ability to do the job.

Assassin shot dead by LEO.The kids the shooter went to school with say he was a loner, was badly bullied, was rejected because he was a bad shot when he tried out for the school rifle team, and that his family were withdrawn from the rest of the community. His father bought the rifle he used. The shooter made his first Democrat political contribution while he was 17 and still in high school. Not many high school kids make political contributions.
The BLM / ANTIFA riots were bi-racial, with BLM mostly black and ANTIFA mostly white. Both were radical extremist far left groups. Responsible black organizations like the NAACP and the Congress of Racail Equality do not riot or use violence and destruction. THe only race hustler on this board, Little Bobbie, is YOU. Being cheated out of an election is a very different thing from losing a fair and honest election. Trump responded with legal remedies and support of peaceful domonstrations. He did not want the agitators and instigators to do what they did at the Capitol, but even so, it lacked the violence and destruction of so many of the BLM / ANTIFA riots.
