Gene, I get that you know many stupid people, and that you appreciate their stupid comments as truth. It is your natrue to celebrate such.

For my part, you can meet with these Stupids anytime, anywhere, and even have a conference for the Stupid approach to all knowledge that do so celebrate; however, there will be no place for that level of known stupid on BCN. I let a lot go; but, when I know abject dishonesty at its core, irrespective of how many Stupids known so well by you, who, as espoused by you, agree to these lies promote, I will draw a big deep line that shall not be crossed.

Accordingly, from here on out, you are forbidden to comment on anything that refers to me or Beaufort County in BCN, simply because I abhor dishonesty.

If you want, or need to have a new conference for the Stupids to discuss this, and with their help, which you now divulge that you need to derive your intimate knowledge of important county matters, to discover 'when and what', and, now, let's add 'where' I voted to "waste the county's time / money" on county business (that information will need to be specific, and quantifiable in absolute logic), and then, and only then, I will allow you to rejoin the debate, where you represent the position of other Liberals, including these Stupids you do so describe as your source of information, which forms the backbone of your liberal opinions regarding the governing of Beaufort County.

Until then, your comments will be blocked as heretofore promised. I do this to protect whatever honesty I can still gleam from this dishonest society that you project to be such a big part of.

Gene, at your age, you should have learned to have read for retention by now.

So, I will ask you a question to prove what not only I know to be true, but is true: Specifically, what did I vote to waste? Quantify your answer as to when and what."

So far, you have rambled a garbled communication about nonsensical past events in your life, but have not answered the question as to when and for what I voted to waste "time / money".

So, this is your final opportunity to give me just one specific vote where I did such as you proclaimed I did. And you must give the date and the subject (when and what).

If you fail to not do so on your next comment about anything to do with me, or Beaufort County, you will be forbidden from commenting on anything regarding me or Beaufort County until you do answer the question.

Ted, the comment section works well for honest discourse.

Nothing works anywhere when dishonesty is at its core, for instance, Buckley did his coarse best to correct what he saw as a falsehood, and it did anger the Liberals.

In defense of GS, I think BCN is set up for stand alone articles and not Think Tank ideas designed to start a conversation. I enjoyed a Gore v. & Wm Buckley debate on NetFlix last night. BCN comment section is not set up for that in my opinion.

Technically (Gene) "Waste is WASTE" is not a logically equal statement.
The verb Is usually means to be which is a copula.
In linguistics, a copula (plural: copulas or copulae) is a word used to link the subject of a sentence with a predicate (a subject complement), such as the word is in the sentence "The sky is blue." The word copula derives from the Latin noun for a "link" or "tie" that connects two different things.
But a loose interpretation of the word is could be equal if it links the same two words.
However the use of capitals usually elevates the importance of a word,
For emphasis, writers sometimes capitalize a mid-sentence independent clause or question.
Waste with only a single capital letter could indicate an certain degree of important but if it is the first word in a sentence, proper grammar dictates capitalization of the "W" not for emphasis bust just proper usage.
However the use of all capitals as in "WASTE" is interpreted as a sign of great importance.
So using Waste to equal WASTE is not logical or indicative that the two words are equal.
Of course we all know that the meaning of "is" a dependent subordinate based on who is using it.
Carry on, I was just checking in to update my STUPID and CONSERVATIVE word count.

Stan---I have talked with many local citizens and law enforcement officers who totally disagree with the attitude and lack of action by your Commission time! I have been to the meeting in recent years to observe the antics of conservatism brought to a good county from the mania of national politics . . .

Come up with some better excuses for the lack of action when money was paid in outlandish property taxes you would not adjust and money collected you DID NOT SPEND to protect our prisoners---many simply being held until trial and "innocent until proven guilty."

Stan---you were a member of the County Commissioners and both you and Hood kicked the can down the road and are lucky no one sued us for a bad prison. Had there been a fire then or now, many would have had grounds for a Violation of civil rights abuse. What did you guys do with the opportunitiy to purchase the old K-Mart facility for a viable and improved jail --- as just one example?

According to the reports I hear, we have had a Jail Problem since the 1980's --- yet nothing more than kicking the can down the street. We are lucky more people have not been harmed and the lawsuits far outweigh the cost of correcting the problems . . . That is the area of the County Commissioners who would rather fight than work out a viable solution in what I have seen the last 5 years.
