INFO: The conference will provide health care providers, clinicians and community members the resources to ensure seamless care for those who suffer from mental health and substance use disorders. The topics presented will educate attendees on less disruptive transitions and better coordination of patient care. Topics will range from pharmacology, integrated care, access to care, children and adolescent services to overcoming barriers in treatment. The conference will close with a panel of experts with perspectives from across the mental health spectrum.
