Twenty-one cited as "BCCC's Best" | Eastern NC Now

    Twenty-one students at Beaufort County Community College were recognized as "BCCC's Best" in a ceremony on the college campus recently. All students were cited for displaying the character trait "hard worker."

    Those honored were Patricia Henson Daniels, Josephine Hawkinson, Ronnie James, Donnell Landen, Christopher Moore, William Anthony Moore, Suzanne Sizemore and Angelia Stilley of Washington; Martin Wynn of Bath; Joe Midgette and Jordan Pooser of Belhaven; Carlton Lee Brame of Blounts Creek; Michael "Andy" Crisp and Deborah Jones of Chocowinity; Kevin Steward of Columbia; Sytisha Tetterton of Edward; Rolanda Coburn of Greenville; Tyler Burch and Krista Silverthorne of Jamesville; Autumn Hamman of Pinetown, and Suzanne Hamilton of Williamston.

    During the ceremony attended by BCCC faculty and staff and guests of the honorees, Vice President of Student Services Rick Anderson and the nominating faculty or staff member presented each student with a certificate that contained the description of his or her activities.

    Each month "BCCC's Best" highlights a character trait found in students such as motivation, respect, hard work, commitment and involvement in the college.
