The session and test are for those who wish to renew their certification, re-test or for those who have taken the ServSafe® Online course. Participants are urged to study ServSafe® Manager, 6th Edition before attending the review session and taking the exam. The registration fee is $20.

Attendees must buy their exam answer sheets in advance. Answer sheets and ServSafe® books are available from the National Restaurant Association or at the BCCC book store.
