    Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Beaufort Regional Health System shall hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at Noon on Thursday, August 25, 2011 in the Board room in the Administrative Offices at Beaufort County Medical Center, located at 628 East 12th Street, Washington, NC 27889. Notice is also provided that the Board of Trustees of Beaufort County Hospital Association, Inc. will also hold its regularly scheduled meeting at the same location immediately following the Board of Commissioners meeting. The public is invited to attend the meetings. Among other items, the agenda for the Board of Commissioners meeting will include the Commissioners' review and possible adoption of a resolution approving the long-term lease with purchase option agreements with University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina, Inc. and its affiliates. Copies of the proposed lease with purchase option, and certain related contracts proposed for approval shall be available for public review at Brown Library and BHM Library, both located in Washington, NC, beginning at noon on August 15, 2011.
