March 24th will mark the second anniversary of Beaufort County's first COVID-19 case. We are grateful for the relationships that were forged over the past 2 years, as we all worked to navigate the various challenges of COVID-19. Beaufort County's Health Department will transition as follows:

    Vaccines

The use of drive-thru vaccine settings and the ability to schedule an appointment online will be discontinued.
  • Vaccines will continue to be offered at participating local pharmacies such as O'Neal's Drug Store, CVS, Walgreens and Wal-Mart, as well as various local doctors' offices and healthcare clinics.

    Testing

  • Friday March 25th will be the last day drive-thru testing will be available at Beaufort County's Health Department. Drive-thru testing will remain available Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm at Temple of Christ Church Family Center (810 Hackney Ave. Washington NC 27889) until further notice.
  • Testing is also available at various local doctor's offices and healthcare clinics.
