In This Hyper Political Climate: Who Can You Trust?
When Conservatives get to the point that they lose their constituent trust in their Representative Republicans, a change is definitely in order.
If change is afoot: Who do you trust? The short answer: Discover who are the patriots, the honest folk, while ecucating yourself; and trust them once you learn to trust yourself.
There have been other periods in our United States history when hyper political positions have led to great calamity, and these turbulent days are well among those most desperate times of our Free Republic.
In this Representative Republic, where we elect those who manage for us our government; we, the self-governed, have been let down to the point that our United States of America is in an extreme position of peril that will not naturally right itself without the help of a far better educated electorate, those who take their right to vote far more seriously.
Understanding the reality that there are organized groups deep within OUR government that have one overarching ambition: To remake this Constitutional Republic into a Socialist Society under Authoritarian control, the American People must become smarter, and immediately proactive in their government, to remedy this Democratic Socialist premise that our Founders' constitutional promise to guarantee our collective freedoms within this blessed nation should be cast away in favor of an Authoritarian construct of totalitarianism. To that ignoble end, the Democratic Socialists are winning, nearly unabated; however, with the courageous efforts of a valiant bunch of growing and active patriots WE could prevail ... Save this Republic.
Recently, patriots within the Republican Party, aided in small measure by Independents and fed-up, disillusioned Democrats are stepping to the fore to exclaim: "ENOUGH!" The problem here is that WE are sadly learning that we cannot always depend on OUR elected Republicans in high office, and, inexorably, the fraudulent representation of corruptly incapable politicians cannot be allowed to continue. These elected happy fools, infamously misrepresenting OUR core values, are operatives of the corrupt "Swamp", right here before us and always in plain sight.
Recently, the making of the legislative sausage that ushered in the nearly 1.7 trillion in Federal spending just hours before the end of the final session, just days before a Republican majority is swept into the House of Representatives was an incredible piece of legislative history, especially considering that the originators of this omnibus package - the Democratic Socialist controlled House of Representative - did not have a real quorum in session, which curiously is the basis of any legitimate legislative vote. Remarkably, though we are getting far too used to it, the corrupt and feckless Democratic Socialist Corporate Media never reported this salient fact to the public. How convenient for the Authoritarians, and their propagandistic arm of endless deceit.
Incredibly, and I mention this with all the measured disgust that I can muster, I was and will be forever politically mortified that 18 Republican US Senators voted for this pork ladened abomination of a 4100 plus page bill, presented mere hours before the Democratic Socialist scheduled vote ... and all 18 "Republicans" voted for it anyway. Yes, these are perilous times indeed in the many Swamps of Governing here in this Representative Republic.
While North Carolina's senators - Richard Burr and Thom Tillis - did vote for the Omnibus Abomination - both senators have worked in a bipartisan manner on many pertinent issues to pave the way for this level of corrupt governing in the Legislative Branch ... so much so, Lee County's GOP (North Carolina) has drafted twin condemnations for Senators Burr and Tillis. They can be read in full below (sent to Eastern NC NOW by Lee Party Chairman Jim Womack):
Whereas, the North Carolina Republican Party was unified in its commitment to elect republican senatorial candidate Richard M. Burr, contributing countless hours and millions of dollars in donations to his campaigns in 2004, 2010 and 2016; and
Whereas, as a U.S. Senator, Richard M. Burr rose to the position of Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, with access to the nation's most sensitive classified information; and
Whereas, in May 2019, after close-out of the Mueller Report finding no collusion between Russia and the 2016 Trump Campaign, Senator Burr issued a Senate Intelligence Committee subpoena to Donald Trump, Jr., unwisely extending the more than 2-year investigation and distracting the President and his team from other, more important duties; and
Whereas, on the eve of the early 2020 stock market high on February 13, 2020, Senator M. Burr (and his relatives) liquidated 33 stocks he owned, valued between $628,000 and $1,700,000, which eventually led to SEC and FBI investigations into possible illegal insider trading, and which damaged the reputation of the Republican National Committee and the Republican Party of North Carolina; and
Whereas, on February 13, 2021 Senator Burr was one of only seven republican senators who inexplicably voted to convict former President Donald J. Trump, assigning responsibility to him for promoting conspiracy theories (which was not a charge in the impeachment) and for inciting an insurrection (which was disproven at trial); and
Whereas, in November 2022, U.S. Senator Richard Burr collaborated with the left to pass H.R. 8404 (Respect for Marriage Act), which federally redefines marriage, threatens religious freedom, and nationalizes policies that subvert Judeo-Christian values; and
Whereas, beginning in January 2023, Richard M. Burr will no longer be serving in public office but is expected to return to and reside in North Carolina, potentially impacting political operations in our fair state.
Therefore, be it resolved, the Executive Committee of the Lee County GOP formally and irrevocably censures U.S. Senator Richard M. Burr for gross impropriety in a position of sacred trust, for disloyalty to the President, and for failing to uphold the conservative principles of the North Carolina Republican Party Platform during his service to the state and nation as a U.S. Senator.
Be it further resolved, the Executive Committee of the Lee County GOP declares Richard M. Burr as persona non grata, permanently bans Richard M. Burr from entering the premises of the Lee County GOP, and bars him from participating in any future Lee County GOP activities.

I personally know Lee County Party Chairman James K. Womack, and he is patriot of the most perfect order, having served in the United States Army, retiring as West Point educated Colonel, and in private /public life serving as a Lee County Commissioner. Whereas, in April 2017, during a television interview with Tucker Carlson on the Fox News Channel, U.S. Senator Thom Tillis expressed public disagreement with President Trump about the need for a border wall on the U.S. Southern Border, an expression of opposition to North Carolina Republican Party Platform Article X (Federal Policy), Item #6 (National Security); and
Whereas, in July 2017, U.S. Senator Thom Tillis placed a politically motivated "hold" on President Trump's appointment of Lee Francis Cisna as Director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services when the border crisis necessitated prompt action for his appointment, his action opposing North Carolina Republican Party Platform Article X (Federal Policy), Item #1 (Constitution and Separation of Powers) and Item #6 (National Security); and
Whereas, in April 2018 and again in January 2019, U.S. Senator Thom Tillis sponsored and sought passage of S. 2644 (Special Counsel Independence and Integrity Act), which would have usurped authority from the DOJ and served as a threat to the executive authority of President Trump, his action opposing Article X (Federal Policy), Item #1 (Constitution and Separation of Powers); and
Whereas, in October 2018, U.S. Senator Thom Tillis officially celebrated the 24 th anniversary of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a "terrorist organization" as labeled by the United Arab Emirates and an advocate for the dissolution of Israel, his action in conflict with North Carolina Republican Party Platform Article X (Federal Policy), Item #8 (Israeli Sovereignty); and
Whereas, in December 2021, U.S. Senator Thom Tillis voted with left-leaning operatives on H.R. 3684 (Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act), which inappropriately subsidizes the electric car industry and substantially increases the nation's debt, his action opposing North Carolina Republican Party Platform Article II (The Economy), Item #7 (Energy and Subsidies); and
Whereas, in November 2022, U.S. Senator Thom Tillis collaborated with the left to pass H.R. 8404 (Respect for Marriage Act), which federally redefines marriage, threatens religious freedom, and nationalizes policies that subvert Judeo-Christian values, his action opposing North Carolina Republican Party Platform Article I (Family), Item #2 (Traditional Marriage); and
Whereas, in December 2022, U.S. Senator Thom Tillis very publicly colluded with the left to enact a comprehensive immigration reform act bypassing the newly elected House leadership in the lame duck session of Congress, his action opposing North Carolina Republican Party Platform Article X (Federal Policy), Item #7 (Immigration and Amnesty); and
Whereas, the Executive Board and Committee of the Lee County Republican Party are expected to adhere to our state and federal Republican Party Platforms and to enforce discipline among our elected officials to preserve the party's image, reputation, and respect; and
Whereas, the Lee County Plan of Organization specifies that, if charged with Dereliction of Duty and found guilty by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Lee County GOP Executive Committee, an accused public official may be subject to Lee County Republican Party formal censure, cessation of campaign support, and a bar from Lee County Republican premises and official events for the remainder of his term in office.
Therefore, be it resolved, the Executive Committee of the Lee County Republican Party finds that this pattern of behavior by U.S. Senator Thom Tillis constitutes a serious moral-ethical breach and that each of his actions supports a charge of Dereliction of Duty as defined by the Lee County Plan of Organization, dated March 4, 2022. Senator Tillis will be notified of these charges on or before January 1, 2023 and invited to present a defense of his actions at the February 20, 2023 meeting of the Lee County GOP Executive Committee.
Be it further resolved, the Executive Committee of the Lee County Republican Party has voted to publicly admonish U.S. Thom Tillis for his attempts to subvert the newly elected, Republican-controlled House of Representatives by pursuing "lame duck" passage of legislation for amnesty and comprehensive immigration reform.
