3 GOP activists file lawsuit to overturn state GOP convention | Eastern NC Now

filed in Wake County Superior Court

ENCNow

Questions from the badly flawed electronic voting system at the recent state Republican convention have apparently led three delegates to file suit against the state party to get a new convention.  While the information presently available does not indicate which counties the plaintiffs are from, the lawsuit is filed in Wake County and they are represented by a Raleigh lawyer.  The lawsuit may be filed there because the party headquarters is in Wake County.

The Democratic Socialists became full blown Leftists when they got their pathetic, innately ignorant, propagandist lap dog media to lie down for them during the scandal ridden Obama years.

The IRS fiasco itself deserved a full blown investigation. NOW, look where these non patriot bastards have taken this nation, here during Idiot President Biden's Cocaine Presidency, and they do it easily by Republicans playing the Bipartisan Statesmen (power sharing) game, wherever RINOs can be found active ... like here in Beaufort County.

My position going forward will be my same position for the last 2 full decades, maybe longer: Expose the Non Patriot Left, drive the Bipartisan RINO enablers from the party, and win elections for real Conservatives.

That is the only way WE will fix this Constitutional Republic. There is no viable way forward, unless we create a true Conservative Party, where we truly vet all candidates, or completely fix the flaccid Republican Party.

That would eradicate the RINO infestation that continues to prop up the Non Patriot Left.

Charles, you are correct. The mantra now is raw power, statesmanship, honor and fair play are out the window within the leadership of both parties. Leadership changes are in order. Roll them over.

Well, it appears that Whatley is coming to Washington to visit the leaders of BC's coven of Nominal Republicans, so at least he knows who they are.

Personally, which means mostly from a business perspective, I have far more important things to do ... like getting deep into to the process of completing enough things done to clearly be on the path of catching up ENC NOW, and improving the platform.

Lately, we have upgraded Beaufort County's best functioning platform /top news source.

Notice that the speed IS BACK.

Hood, these people obviously do not care if they are seen as legitimate. They do not care if they are seen as accountable. They do not even care to pretend. It will take a lot to rebuild the NC GOP, if it is even possible.

I've been to a number of state conventions over the years. It seems they have progressively gotten worse. To say that the 2023 state convention has reached a new low is actually an understatement.

Sounds like Marc Elias or George Soros or Mark Zuckerburg got involved in how the NCGOP conducted its chairman's election.
