On September 19, 2013 Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Walter Lee Keel, age 35, of 119 Whichard Lane in Tarboro and Allie Logan Claiborne, age 20, of 1157 Hwy 42 in Pinetops.
