Alrighty now; yet another DEI feel-good-story!

I really do not know of any functionally intelligent Democratic Socialists on the national stage; having said that, why is it that the most boisterously stupid members of that drowning political party always seem to become their leaders in these dark days of that party's imminent self-destruction?

Here begins the historical perspective, as to where we were, and where we must exist to continue as a free people.

Hurricane Helene will never be forgotten, as its cruel force ravaged our land, and the economic security of so many of our people.

How can President Trump accomplish so many more important things than other presidents before him?

Pushing European nations to be better vested in the defense of their freedoms makes perfect sense.

It should not be to big of a stretch of one's imagination to understand, from this report, why Hillary Clinton chose Tim Kaine to be her running mate in the 2016 election against Donald J. Trump.

This is what a real president looks like, working diligently for the real American People, those who are the Good People of this Representative Republic.

Unbelievably, there is a Democratic Socialist push back over the feckless DEI argument that DEI is even real.

Countrygirl1411: The thing is here, it may be an option for the Trump administration whether to pay any attention whatsoever to any these future rogue Non Patriot Leftist Judges.

The Green Initiative is an issue that must be taken away from the Disingenuous Left /Non Patriot Left, and the Conservatives, who are intellectually better capable of conserving the environment, must lead the way in helping all good people in knowing that stewardship begins with the individual.

Washingtonian: You may be right; I tend to wax optimistic.

But now that I am older, wiser, I tend know who the bad players are, and why I must do all I can to supplant them with their betters; those who would steer US away from Waste, Fraud and Abuse.
Commented: Friday, June 27th, 2025 @ 7:53 pm By: Stan Deatherage
Washingtonian: What you are saying is a bit pessimistic; however, there is a large measure of truth in what you profess here.

On the optimistic side, I am seeing a sea change in politics /government. The "Bully Government" is beginning to lose, and will continue to lose as more of US can gain and hold office.

A note here to the "Bully Government" of Waste, Fraud and Abuse: Be careful; you have more liability than you might realize.

BCCitizen: And as much as local governments wastefully spend, there is plenty of low hanging fruit to cut that waste aplenty, if we had the right politicians ... Just far too many Fake Republicans ... Wakeup citizens, or you will lose even what governments you might believe you have left to correct.

If terrorists commit heinous acts against our Good People, and it is determined that these terrorists were any part of the Open Borders Welcoming Society created by the administration of Idiot President Biden, my question will always be: How many bad and treasonous actors from that administration will be convicted as traitors, and summarily punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Washingtonian: Regarding the City of Washington government - So slow, too slow; poor management interminably; informing the public through all available media, so the people might be aware of all that is afoot, might be a good start to accelerate from the certain status of their state of the pathetic; a terrible condition of any government.

I will argue, successfully, that the county government actually raised taxes this fiscal year, and one can easily decipher such once they get their tax bill in August, thus comparing probable increase year over year.

As your Conservative County Commissioner, I voted against that tax hike in a variety of ways, on a multiplicity of days.

The City of Washington took raising taxes, however, in a revaluation year, to a grand and incredible scale, far beyond what the county of beaufort did to its citizens, so I am advising all taxpayers to compare bills and know the truth of your property tax predicament of financing certain "Waste, Fraud and Abuse."

I stand with the people of Israel, and the courage of President Donald Trump to act in defense of our greatest ally in this very dangerous world, where insanity is often championed by the status quo within those groups of dwindling status; those politicians of incredibly limited core values.

Be wary of the blow-back by this diminishing throng of Non Patriot Leftists, who think without knowing, act accordingly, and with continued pathetic abandon, proving once again ...

The Democratic Socialist Party, in league with their Non Patriot Leftist enablers, has no reason to exist.
Commented: Thursday, June 26th, 2025 @ 12:44 pm By: Stan Deatherage
BC Citizen: That sounds about right.

The City of Washington is a much smaller government than county government, and there is plenty of low hanging fruit to cut as waste (even more than the county government, where there is a plenty), so their core government should be considerably less than the 25 Million mark.
Commented: Thursday, June 26th, 2025 @ 11:52 am By: Stan Deatherage
The City of Washington needs a governmental overhaul; an overhaul that should be drastic in scale.

Hood is right about NOT voting on the process, and all junior politicians should take heed and watch what we do (Hood and Stan) since we generally know more than "you" (local politicians not humble enough to know who their betters are).

If it is a bad idea in its inception: NEVER vote for the "process" of that bad idea, and closing Snowden was an incredibly bad idea from its initial start.

Somewhat like building a 53,000,000.00 school that you DO NOT need, at the LOWEST point of the lot, when you first DO NOT get a TITLE SEARCH for land you thought owned, but DID NOT.

The Israeli IDF and Mossad are true badasses on the world stage, especially in the Middle East.

If we watch over the Jews, and keep them as great allies, our nation will be truly blessed.

Washingtonian: You are right; it ain't fair. Public education, more and more, is becoming a smooth hustle for the Left, and the public owning these schools rather than tearing them down, or allowing them to fall into complete disrepair is what I believe to be the best option to aid in turning the public's education around, and do it NOW.

Of course, we will probably need one more smart commissioner first.

From a clear eyed historical point of view, Barack Hussein Obama was the second worse president of my lifetime, presiding over a most corrupt administration.

The worst president, of my 3 score and ten, was Idiot President Biden, who was an incredible traitor to this Constitutional Republic, and we have paid mightily for his calamitous Non Presidency.

Hopefully a revised education system will help this nation foment a far more intelligent voting public.

Of course, Barack Hussein Obama needed the propaganda willingly offered by the OMG (Obama Media Group) to survive his presidency basically unscathed, so America's first Non Patriot President would absolutely benefit greatly from censorship.

On the City Government, I know first hand of terrible management and corruption for decades, but now, I hearing such stories from many of my constituents that beckons many memories of bad governing: One instance of discussion appears to be, after all the fanfare about this drone opportunity at the airport: What is happening now? What did occur to explain why so little has happened in that regard of NOW?

Explanations are warranted.

Washingtonian: On Snowden, it is a general statute situation that the county commissioners have to buy and pay market value, which would not be very much considering what schools sell for historically, especially in Aurora.

I am strongly in favor of buying all school buildings back in Beaufort County, as the local school board is now so intent on consolidating so as to keep children in buses for large blocks of time in their young active parts of their lives, and also to evidently to reduce parental involvement.

My strong feeling is that now, with School Choice evolving in North Carolina, inexpensive school buildings could be a probable incubator for better managed charter schools and private schools, or ... if the Beaufort County School Board learns how to assert itself into a management position, then they could take the building back from the commissioners, and finally ... Do what it is prudent and right!

John is right on this one.

Overpaid bureaucrats, instinctively searching for their own special level of mediocrity, while urged forward in their endeavor by an incredible low level of elected officials here in Beaufort County is a huge problem, and will remain such until the local people rise up, and seize control by voting real Conservatives into office.

I am absolutely one of those encouraging Nick Fritz to run for office.

The biggest problem in government is having politicians /government officials that are not intelligent.

Nick Fritz is not that guy.

Commented on Washington Dreaming

BC Citizen: You do know this is a revaluation year. Raising taxes to provide the very limited services, which is the City of Washington's charge, is no excuse for any sorry government that cannot manage itself ... for so long of a time now ...decades.

Nick,

First, thanks for the comment, a rarity of the scarcist kind. Speaking of kind, your comment was well received, and when I read this great kindness within your commentary to my long suffering wife, she kind of teared up a bit due the fact that all grades of incredible mendacity hurled toward me and my family over the years, as I am the first Conservative elected in the history of Beaufort County, in 1994, at least one with an R by his name.

Oh, the stories I could have been told, and probably will at some point ... when the time is most appropriate, when the effect is most absolute due to the fact that here NOW - "The times, they are a a-changin'" - www.youtube.com

Thank-you again, and the feeling is mutual in that I admire your incredible energy to know, and the humility to learn all there is to know. That strength of yours is, including your stellar work ethic, will continue to become the secret to your many successes.

Commented: Thursday, June 19th, 2025 @ 10:00 am By: Stan Deatherage
Yes Nick, it does become very complicated once an elected government official is forced into to the proverbial weeds to sort things out.

I absolutely am a free market guy until I am not: Protecting our children and our vulnerable citizens from evil as is necessary ... And pure evil does exist.

I have voted against evil creeping into our vulnerable society on many occasions, and will continue to do so, irrespective of the free market argument.

On the other hand, I well know "Waste, Fraud, and Abuse" of and within our governmental system of the People, and I will never resist taking that down as best I can, whenever I can.
