No wonder the Democrats have their panties in a twist over DOGE. DOGE is uncovering a lot of dirt on them and the Deep State, whether gross incompetence or outright fraud. DOGE needs to look at how these career government employees build up huge net worths that their government salaries would not seem to justify.

While Democratic Socialists, the Non Patriot Left and fellow RINOs may despise Hood, I think of The Commissioner as one of Beaufort County's greatest current resources. This is why I respect Hood; have befriended Hood; trust Hood; laugh with Hood, and doing it for far more than 3 decades now. Actually, I have known Hood for nearly 4 decades now, years before Hood joined me on the Beaufort County Commission in December of 1996. Even in 1996, The Hood and I managed the nebulous of "Political Badassery" even back then when we were the only two Republicans on that board, and where then, I in 1998, became the first Republican to ever be re-elected to any elected office in the history of Beaufort County, and then in the year 2000, Commissioner Hood Richardson became the second. This alone is why Hood Richardson and Stan Deatherage can and shall call out the enormous and ignorant hypocrisy of the Beaufort County GOP, and guess what ... We will continue to do so until the Beaufort County GOP finally gets straightened out, and devoid of all RINOs.

The Beaufort County credit rating is excellent. We could easily borrow the 4 or 5 million we may need for a hurricane event. Then tax people on the actual cost. It is obvious that you have no business experience or common sense.

Bolshevik Bob is either ignorant of history or wants to distort is, just like that stupid bimbo Margaret Brennan. The group that gave us Jim Crow was the DEMOCRATS and they did it as a poltiical power play at the turn of the century. A coalition of Republicans and Populists ran North Carolina and was either in power or a serious threat to the Democrats across the South. The Republicans included most black voters and people who had been Union sympathizers during the war. The Populists were mostly white small farmers upset with the Democrats pandering to the special interests.
White supremacy and Jim Crow were the Democrat's power play to divide that coaltion, and it was implemented for purely political reasons. As soon as the Democrats regained political control in a campaign of white supremacy, they started passing Jim Crow laws to keep that control. The first were in the legislative session of 1899 but most came in the legislative session of 1901. All the Democrats voted for Jim Crow. All of the Reublican legislators, white and black, voted against it. The white Populists voted against it. The ONLY group we have to thank for Jim Crow was the DEMOCRATS. And it lasted about 65 years, not a hundred. As to where Bolshevik Bob lives, it would not surprise me at all if it were a troll factory in Shanghai or Ekaterinburg.

There are lots of sleazy and dishonest Obama judges and Biden judges just like this one, who abuse their offices for political purposes.
And for Wow, it is a minor point how one characterizes a particular NGO. The fact that when a judge is highly involved in ANY NGO with its snout in that pig trough of federal money, he has a huge conflict of interest in presiding over a case like that one. He is unethical in the extreme and should be impeached as in apparently in progress. It looks like the left is scouring the internet to try to defend this scumbag judge who is misusing his office for partisan political purposes. Are they now going to contend that the huge sum he gave in Democrat political contributions really went to Mother Theresa?

Crossroads Rhode Island is not a “liberal organization;” it is an organization that provides shelter, affordable housing, job training, and more to over 4000 people each year including children, the elderly, veterans, and domestic violence victims who would be homeless without their services. McConnells involvement with the organization has never been a secret, it’s a pretty public position. I’m not sure why someone from the Carolinas feels the need to weigh in on something you obviously know nothing about. Aren’t homeless Americans people you pretend to care about? Or is that only when it suits you? Maybe try running a spell check on your website if you want to be taken seriously. Also, no need to double space after sentences anymore, it’s not the 1950s and you’re not writing on a typewriter anymore, boomer.

The question is whether Margaret Brennan is stupid or if she thinks her audience is stupid.
I suggest she visit Dachau, the German concentration camp opened the same year the Nazis came to power. I found it a very sobering place to visit when I was there some years ago. One thing she would learn was that the Nazis were putting people in concentration camps years before they started rounding up the Jewish people. In the first few years of Nazi rule, it was those with differing viewpoints who were sent to Dachau; politicians of other parties, journalists with different viewpoints, citizens who dared speak against the Nazis. The Holocaust of the Jewish people came later. The first thing the Nazis did was get those with views opposed to theirs out of society. It also did not matter what someone's status was. Both sons of Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinant, the Austrian crown prince whose assassination sparked World War I, were sent to Dachau because they dared apeak out against Hitler's annexation of Austria. The Nazis goosestepped all over freedom of speech in 1933 and Margaret Brennan is way off base saying they "weaponized" it. What they actually weaponized was censorship. If you disagreed with the Nazi agenda, the only safe thing to do was keep your mouth shut and hope they did not find out.
