Los Angeles is not the only place there have been leaks about ICE raids. For example, in Colorado, the extremely violent Venezuelan drime gang Tren de Aragua was clearly tipped off about a raid on them. Did the stinking FBI do that, too?

This fight is all about transparency in government. DOGE's computer tecnniques are revealing a lot of improper spending that the Democrats would rather stay hidden and they are in an uproar. Republicans beleive that not only should the president know what is going on in the executive branch, but so should the American people. Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren, on the other hand has asserted that the "common people" have no right to know what government is spending money on. The Democrats are arrogant and authoritarian. This is yet another threat to democracy from the Democrats.

Voting not to even hear a legal opinion on the matter says right much. An opinion on a conflict-of-interest matter just might get in the way of business as usual. On BC Boards business as usual appears to be the primary concern.

Of the three Constitutionally co=equal branches of government it is the judiciary which has taken the attitude, to use Orwell's words "more equal than others." Liberal judges have for too many years been legislativng from the bench, usurping the legislative powers of Congress. Now we are seeing judges try to urusp the President's executive powers under Article II to direct and manage his branch of government. We are sliding toward judicial tyranny, and the judicial branch is the very worst to be in a strongman role because unlike the exectuve or legislative branchs, they are not elected by the people and the people have no check on their power.

To put a check on judicial tyranny, maybe we should create a mechanism for Congress to remove judges by majority vote for abuse of power. Those who have described the actions of these judges as a "coup" are not far off the mark. This is a dastardly and intential attack on democracy by two rogue judges.

Even though this will seem unusual to many: Is it not reassuringly wonderful that the USA has a patriotic president back in the White House again?

From the articles, it looks like Trump has filed a motion to deal with one of these rogue judges' actions which will at least force a hearing, and if the judge still wants to thumb his nose at the Constitution for his political agenda, then an expedited appeal. The other judge has defied the rules to try to construct something that Trump cannot directly appeal. However, from the articles, he can file a writ of mandamus in a higher court to jerk this out of control partisan rogue judge into line.

If all else fails, he can pull a Biden and use the pardon power. He can pardon everyone at DOGE or Treasury for anything these tinhorn dictator partisan judbes don't like and then the judges cannot do squat about it.

There ought to be a way to severely discipline rogue judges like this who abuse their power to push a political agenda, but impeachment is all that comes to mind. That ought to happen with both of them.

Nobody elected these judges to make policy. They were also not appointed to the bench for that purpose. What they are doing is attempting to stage a judical coup. They are a threat to democacy and that threat needs to be stopped.

They voted against simply hearing the opinion of an attorney on the matter?

That should tell you all you need to know

I didn’t say that Bob, if you’ll notice the quotations, I was referencing 1 Timothy.

Also, I have never said I loved Trump. As far as your whole example with this Paula, I can’t comment because I’m not familiar with or whatever is going on with that.

I can comment and say however that I do not believe Mr. T to be a Christian.

Trump appointed Paula White, a woman, as his spiritual leader in the white house. Look it up.

IMO - with Mellon Head in exile, I can guess what's headed Paula's way.

I'm just saying, if a judge says no, and you do it anyway, you need to understand where it goes. Sure, you'll blame the blacks and the gays and act like you can't fathom the role you played, but I'm telling you. You heard it here first.

I can see from Bobbie's silly deflection that he supports FEMA spending many millions on illegal aliens, putting them up in luxury hotels, instead of on our hurricane victims living in tents in western NC. Maybe that is part of his anti-white bias.

All that Little Bobbie ever points out is the far left narrative on whatever subject is at hand.

The rule of law was tossed by the Biden Democrats in their lawfare against Trump with a whole parade of trumped up fake criminal and civil cases that rivaled the Stalin SHow Trial for their falsity. Many world leaders saw through that, and according to the polling, so did the American people. The result was that our whole court system got a big black eye and lost credivility.

Now having partisan hack Obama judges try to hijack executive branch authority just makes that attack on the rule of law worse. Separation of powers is a very key part of our Constitutional system and the rule of law and these judges are making a mockery of it for political purposes. What is going on in these courtrooms is a political gambit to try to delay DOGE. They are putting our economy at risk by abusing power for political purposes against Trump.

These cases are all about politics and only dressed up in the law, and a distortion of the law at that. These judges are goosestepping all over Article II of the Constitution.

These rogue judges are challenging the Constitution for rank political purposes and they need to be held to account for that.

Pointing out the obvious isn't leading the resistance, or trolling. I think Will would even admit I'm right on this.

Paula White, please.

Something to consider - if the rule of law is tossed out the window, as MusKy and the BO are advocating, then at some point, every major city will get burned down. Its not a threat, just an observation.
There are 3 equal branches of government. You can be as conservative or as liberal as you want to be but we all work inside the framework of the constitution. Any attempt to trash the constitution, will meet resistance up to physical violence.

People died in the defense of that document. They will do so again.

Everywhere there was a leftist challenge in court expected, a conservative group should have filed a suit on the same subject in a jurisdiction where they were likely to have friendly judges. It was a given the left would sue on some things like "birthright citizenship" and these could have been preempted. THese latest suits are bouncing off the walls, but even so, suits addressing the same issues should have been filed as quickly as possible in more conservative jurisdictions.

Polls show that the Democrat lawfare against Trump pre-election has already tarnished the reputation of American courts with the public, and this post election power grab by the Democrats through the courts is just going to make that worse.

Judges who absue their office for politics like that ought to be impeached. This judge is a disgrace.

It is so great that we have Musk and his team of computer nerd volunteers with the skills to dig through all to bureaucracy to find all of this outrageous spending. They have the skills to find things that the Deep State thought they had covered up. No wonder the Deep State is in a panic and trying to stave them off. This is a great day for the taxpayers. Yes, they should impeach that corrupt New York Obama judge who is trying to put the brakes on DOGE.

HOORAY FOR DOGE and Musk.

Top NC Democrats get funding from far left globalist totalitarian George Soros, so they are the same as Democrats everywhere. THe old line conservative Democrats we once had started disappearing half a century ago and are an extinct critter now. Most NC Democrats are now hard left, with just a handful of pro-business moderates, and they are a disappearing breed themselves.

On the other hand, there are quite a few solid conservatives among California Republicans. As usual, Little Bobbie is totally clueless.
