As the British National Health Service points out, most gender confused children will naturally grow out of it and be comfortable with their biological gender. The "speech crime" charged against Christina Bobb in Arizona is about her work to clean up the flawed election process in Arizona. It is focused on 2024, not 2020, but discussion of the 2020 irregularities in necessary to address what needs to be done for 2024. She is a paid senior staff member of the Republican National Committee.

The dispute about which group were legitimately elected as Presidential electors from Arizona in 2020 is a separate matter. Arizona is a swing state with liberal Democrats as Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State and one US Senate seat. The other US Senator is a moderate Democrat. The liberals in Arizona are trying to criminalize things that have been done before in presidential politics and never been considered illegal. This is just part of their lawfare against Republicans, but the shoe will soon be on the other foot.

The left wants to shut down free speech on a lot of public policy issues. The climate alarmists, for example, call for not allowing anyone to dispute their positions in public, even criminalising doing so. Biden has tried to suppress information contrary to his political positions, and the State of Missouri now has a lawsuit on that in front of the Supreme Court.
