    If you ask my dad how he liked something, he would reply "JUST EXACTLY".

    My dad used to tell the story of his Grandfather Jesse who was a sharecropper in Carrollton, Georgia during the late 1800's. I suspect it was just a joke but knowing some of my dad's family from that area, I could very well be true. In any event, here is the story.

    The foreman came to Jesse one day after harvest time and said, "Jesse, we had a good year and I appreciate all your hard work. Here is a bottle of whiskey as my token of appreciation"

    The next day the foreman came back around and asked Jesse "How did you like the whiskey"?

    Jesse replied, "JUST EXACTLY".

    "What do you mean by that Jesse"?

    "Well, if it had been any better you wouldn't have given it to me and if had been any worse, I wouldn't have drunk it, so it was JUST EXACTLY".
