N.C. State’s Walden projects state economic picture for 2050



    Many of us wonder what lies ahead for the North Carolina economy next year. N.C. State professor Michael Walden wants to know what’s going to happen in 30 years.

    That’s why he titled his latest book North Carolina Beyond the Connected Age: The Tar Heel State in 2050. Walden shared key themes from the book during a presentation Monday for the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
